You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. **Lupita** Lupita is a sweet, energetic girl eager to share her love. Found as a stray wearing a collar and jacket, no one claimed her at the shelter. She quickly warms to newcomers, often bounding up with excitement and a wagging tail. One afternoon in her foster home, Lupita gently brought her favorite toy to a new visitor, wagging her tail and inviting them to play. She settled beside them, resting her head in their lap for a pet, which brought smiles to everyone around. Her curious nature helps her adapt to new environments, and she usually approaches new situations with a calm demeanor. Sudden noises might startle her, but she quickly regains her composure. With her future uncertain, we brought Lupita to Rompin Paws to help her find a forever family who will cherish her. Lupita thrives on activity and companionship. She enjoys car rides and walks with her foster family and their Boston Terrier. Lupita also loves to cuddle. An active family offering daily walks and adventures would be ideal for her. Perfect for outdoorsy people, she would excel as a hiker, agility dog, beach, or river dog. Lupita responds to calls and is curious. Lupita interacts well with friendly, medium-to large-sized dogs and calm, non-barky small dogs. She can also be the only pet if kept well socialized. Friendly with most humans, she does test the waters before cautiously introducing herself. We are working on her confidence building. Lupita may need an adult-only home. We have not tested her with children. She is house-trained and knows basic commands, including sit, stay, and come. Lupita's daily schedule includes morning and evening walks, playtime in the yard, and practice sessions for her commands. She is a happy, one-year-old pup, enjoying safety and care as she waits for her new family. Rompin Paws Rescue will have her spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies; her basic vaccines are up to date. Lupita is currently fostered in North Seattle. Lupita has no known health concerns. Lupita’s daily routine is simple and joyful. She enjoys her meals twice a day, usually in the morning after her first walk and in the evening after playtime. Her favorite foods are all Human Grade and species-specific. We will share recommendations with her adopters. Lupita loves her toys and deer antlers, often carrying them around or bringing them over for a game. Lupita prefers to sleep in a cozy bed close to her people at night, and sometimes gently paws for attention if she wants an extra cuddle. Her daily care is easy and brings smiles, thanks to her loving and playful quirks. Rompin Paws Rescue is always here for you now or 5 years down the road. Rompin Paws Rescue is always here for you to answer questions and support you with concerns about longevity, health, nutrition, exercise, and training. **Adopting Lupita** To apply to adopt Lupita, please use the link below.
