APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. ROXY is a great, happy dog… “Enthusiastically joyous about life!” DOB 4/13/25; weight 35#. She loves people, great with kids. Leaves the cats alone. She is great with other dogs and is the one in the pack that brings the shy one out of their shell. She’s getting better at leash training. She loves hugs and kisses and especially treats. One of her favorite past-times is the kid’s swimming pool…water, water, water! She has good recall…comes when she’s called. She has a medium-high energy level and her favorite toys are rope toys. She has not yet learned to retrieve, though. Roxy would be great for a family with children and/or people that like to go on hikes and long walks. Roxy is an all-around great dog! The phone app that scans dog pictures and suggests the breed(s) of the dog said that Roxy could be Basenji 23%, Ibizan Hound 22%, Pharaoh Hound 9%, Miniature Pinscher 7%. This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You will receive the dog's folder with all the printouts proving the medical treatments received. You can ask us about how pre-adoption works and our "trial period." Adoption Fee: Includes all of the vetting and transportation. If you have any questions or would like an e-mail from us as to how all of this works, text me (Terry); identify the dog's name and give me your email address... 210-394-6060. Story
BELLA had a home and her family surrendered her to a rescue in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Juno's Den and Huellitas Diferentes decided to help her find a home in the PNW. She is an extremely shy pup initially who needs an experienced handler and someone knowledgeable about her breed. She gets along well with most dogs, but can be selective at times. Therefore, she will do better as an only dog. She is very affectionate and cuddly. Loves to play fetch and run. Bella will do best with an active, all adult family, and a fully fenced yard. She is housebroken and crate trained. She doesn't have separation anxiety but prefers to be around her people. ##2122004##

Story
Hi there I am NalaI am a mature, self confident dog who would love to find a forever home. I live now with other dogs who I love to play with, cats who I respect and play with if they want to, and kids who like to pet me. I have not had much experience with toys, but I do love a good game of tug. I like to be active, but I am good to just chill out with you too. Nothing like an evening of cuddling with the family to make my day complete.I like car rides, I do not get sick, and I stay calm. My foster says I make a great copilot. I know all my basic commands like sit and stay and I love to walk. When I am walking with my foster I stay close and walk at their pace. If it sounds like we would be a good fit, then just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Just waiting for you.NalaThis dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. As a U.S. nonprofit, Hope 4 La Pawz, handles all logistics and provides full behavioral and medical info in advance.

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to SEA💟 The prices listed are based on USD, and the adoption fee will be calculated in CAD according to the exchange rate. Meet White🤍 💙 News & Updates: @_adogs_ 1⃣ Health Status * Neutered: Yes. * Microchipped, and heartworm Negative. * Has received professional dental scaling, but due to severe staining, his teeth may not appear perfectly white. One or two canines are slightly chipped, but since the nerves are not damaged, no immediate treatment is required. 2⃣ Rescue Story * White was rescued from the Juksan dog meat farm. He endured the trauma of witnessing his friends being slaughtered before his eyes until Adogs successfully shut down the farm and brought him to safety. 3⃣ Personality & Traits * Interaction with People: Is a bit shy and tends to cautiously avoid strangers. However, he can be won over with treats! While he stays close to those he knows, he still gets a bit "flighty" when someone reaches out to touch him. If gently cornered, he accepts touch well, and familiar faces can pet him anywhere without issue. Though not yet overtly affectionate, he is slowly opening his heart. We believe he will bond quickly once he settles into a consistent home environment. * Interaction with Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs. He isn't the type to rush up to new dogs, but plays and runs around happily with his familiar furry friends. * Interaction with Cats: Not yet tested. * Separation Anxiety: Unknown, as he currently lives in a group setting at the center. * House Training: Currently only relieves himself outdoors at the center. * Grooming: Might try to run away when it's time for maintenance, but once you catch him, he is very well-behaved during petting and brushing. * Walking: Is still getting used to leash walks and can be a bit nervous. We recommend walking in quiet, familiar areas. Doesn't pull on the leash, but may "freeze" or resist moving if he encounters something scary. Needs patient, consistent practice. * Car Rides: Travels well without any motion sickness. * Mouthiness/Biting: Has never shown any defensive or territorial biting. * Barking: Rarely barks, though he sometimes joins in when other dogs bark at visitors. * Likes: Loves treats! His motivation for food often helps him overcome his fear of people. * Dislikes: Is wary and fearful of strangers, vehicles, and unfamiliar external stimuli.

Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.

She may be shy and reserved at first, but with patience and gentle reassurance, she blossoms into the sweetest, most affectionate little companion. Once she feels safe, her playful side comes alive! Yazmin loves playing with other dogs, enjoys being near her people, and her tail wags the hardest at mealtime—food is definitely her love language. Curious and energetic, she enjoys daily walks and does great in the car, making her a wonderful little adventure buddy. She’s not just a pet—she’s a gentle soul waiting for someone to see past the shyness and discover the love, loyalty, and joy she has to give. Yazmin’s Ideal Home Yazmin will thrive in a calm, loving home with people who understand that confidence takes time. With the right environment, she doesn’t just adapt—she truly shines. Her perfect match would be: A patient, loving family willing to let her settle in at her own pace A calm household without excessive noise or chaos Ideally another friendly dog, as she enjoys canine companionship and learns from them Adults or families with older, respectful children who understand her gentle nature She would be a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys quiet moments, leisurely walks, and sweet cuddles. Yazmin’s Rescue Story Yazmin was spotted wandering the streets of a struggling neighborhood, appearing day after day at the same time—searching for food, safety, and kindness. A young girl who worked at a stationery shop noticed her gentle presence and began feeding her, touched by Yazmin’s shy and tender soul. Though she wanted to help more, the girl already had a very ill dog at home and couldn’t take the risk. With her father’s help, she shared Yazmin’s story on Facebook, hoping the right person would notice her. When we saw Yazmin’s photo, we knew immediately we had to help. Her innocent, noble expression stole our hearts. With their help, we rescued this little angel and began her journey toward safety, healing, and love. Now, Yazmin is ready to leave her past behind and start a brand-new chapter—this time in a forever home. Adoption Details Yazmin is currently waiting in Mexico until a family commits to welcoming her on a 10-day trial basis. If you think you might be the one to help this sweet girl bloom, please apply at www.northwestwagrescue.org. Adoption fee: $600 Could you be Yazmin’s forever? ##2701764##
