Story
"Are You Ready? I'm a little bit, I'm a little bit ...la la la.... Alexis! " Alexis Rose is the darling and spunky daughter of Moira (IFYKYK). Alexis is thought to be a mix of Chihuahua, Basenji and who knows what! All in a little puppy package ready for her forever home. Alexis is weaned, dewormed and vaccinated as appropriate for her age. Alexis came to us with her mama from the Yakima area where a hardworking rescue partner saved them from the cold and rainy winter. Alexis is now ready to leave her mom, set her own path and be showered with all the treasures an Alexis deserves. As the song says " Hide your diamonds, hide your exes, I'm a little bit Alexis " Alexis will be adopted with a contract and deposit to ensure spay by 6 months of age.

Story
Meet Moira Rose - matriarch of the Rose family, mother of Alexis. Like her namesake, Moira may have found herself in less than ideal conditions outside in the cold winter of Eastern Washington, but that didn't bring her down. Her strength carried them through and now Alexis is old enough to be on her own, Moira is ready for what comes next! Moira is ready for her starring role with you! She deserves soft couch cushions, fashionable sweaters, and a life of luxury. Moira is thought to be a Basenji-Chihuahua mix, she is striking and beautiful and quite the affectionate lovebug. Just keep her away from the "fruit wine" (If you know, you know!) Moira has received her spay - and just in time as she had a pyometra/infection brewing, so happy we were able to help her just in time! Along with her spay, up to date vaccinations and Microchip are included in her adoption donation.

Hi there I'm Nala,I am a mature, self-confident dog who would love to find a forever home. I live now with other dogs who I love to play with, cats who I respect and play with if they want to, and kids who like to pet me. I have not had much experience with toys, but I do love a good game of tug. I like to be active, but I am good to just chill out with you too. Nothing like an evening of cuddling with the family to make my day complete.I like car rides, I don't get sick, and I stay calm. My foster says I make a great co-pilot. I know all my basic commands like sit and stay and I love to walk. When I am walking with my foster I stay close and walk at their pace. If it sounds like we would be a good fit, then just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Just waiting for you.NalaThis dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. As a U.S. nonprofit, Hope 4 La Pawz, handles all logistics and provides full behavioral and medical info in advance.

Story
✅Currently located in South Korea✅️ 💟Available to fly to SEA💟 Meet White🤍 💙 Adogs Update Account: @_adogs_ 1⃣ Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped, heartworm negative, and dental scaling completed. * Has received dental scaling, but due to significant tooth staining, the teeth don’t appear very clean. One or two canine teeth are slightly chipped, but there is no nerve damage, so no immediate treatment is necessary. 2⃣ Rescue Story * White spent time at a dogslaughter farm in Juksan, where he witnessed his fellow dogs being killed right before his eyes. He lived in constant fear, but when Adogs shut down the farm, he was finally given a second chance at life. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is a bit shy. Approaches to sniff and sticks around familiar people, but runs away if you try to touch him. If you corner him a bit so he can’t run away, he accepts being petted. Is okay with familiar people touching him at any space! You can minimize the time it takes to get closer to him with treats. Although he isn’t yet affectionate with people, he’s in the process of opening his heart and will get close to people quickly once he lives in a family home. * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs and does not cause issues. Is not particularly interested in approaching new dogs first. Seems to prefer smaller-sized dogs and plays well with familiar companions. * With Cats: It is unclear how he will react as he hasn’t met cats yet. * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed as he is currently living in a group setting at our center. * Potty Training: Does only outdoor pottying at our center. * Hygiene: Runs away when you try to take care of him but once you catch him and start petting and brushing him, he stays still and enjoys it. * Walks: Gets a bit nervous when walking outside so it’s recommended to take him out to quiet and familiar places. Doesn’t pull on the leash but tends to get stubborn when something scares him. * Car Sickness: Is comfortable with riding in a car without motion sickness. * Nip: Doesn’t bite, even defensively. * Bark: Rarely barks, but has copied other dogs if they bark when visitors come to the center. * Like: Likes treats so much that he sometimes overpowers his fear of people! * Dislike: Becomes wary and frightened of unfamiliar people, vehicles, or external stimuli.

Story
FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Silas! Silas is a 1.5-year-old, 27 lb Basenji mix who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. Despite a rough start, Silas is an incredibly sweet, happy boy who’s ready to embrace life in a loving home! Silas is active, playful, and loves other dogs! He enjoys romping, playing, and would love a canine sibling to keep him company and burn off energy together. That said, he could also do well as an only dog in a home committed to keeping him well-socialized and exercised. This handsome guy is treat-motivated and eager to learn, making him a great candidate for continued training and enrichment. He would love a home that takes him on daily walks, adventures, and includes him as part of their everyday life. Silas arrived underweight, and we’ve been working on helping him fill out. He’s doing well and will need adopters who are happy to continue supporting him as he builds strength and reaches a healthy weight. Silas has not yet been tested with cats or children. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful companion who’s ready to enjoy the world by your side, Silas may be your perfect match! Silas is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.

Story
Meet Mary Ann and Ginger, an adorable bonded pair of medium-sized rescue dogs who are searching for their forever home. These super cute girls have spent their entire lives on their own until they were recently rescued. Despite their rough beginnings, Mary Ann and Ginger are incredibly sweet and are now learning to enjoy the comforts of a loving home. Both Mary Ann and Ginger get along wonderfully with other dogs, though they haven't had the chance to meet any cats yet. They need a patient adopter who will give them the time and space they need to adjust to their new surroundings and discover the joys of being cherished pets. Ginger, who bravely underwent heartworm treatment, is now healthy and heartworm negative. Both dogs are fully vetted, spayed, microchipped, and on preventatives. They even tolerate baths and absolutely love being petted. Currently, Mary Ann and Ginger are being fostered in Seguin, TX, where they are receiving the care and love they deserve. If you have a kind heart and a gentle hand, these two sweethearts will surely reward you with endless affection and loyalty. Adopt Mary Ann and Ginger and give them the loving home they've always dreamed of.

🌸Meet Pansy – A Precious Mama Looking for Her Forever Home! 🌸 Here are more photos and videos of Pansy: https://www.instagram.com/p/DPM9WucEqSA/?hl=en https://www.instagram.com/p/DPmcRnYgSJ-/?hl=en Pansy is the brave mother of Pine. They were rescued together, along with all of her puppies, from a city shelter in Korea where they were on the euthanasia list. At that time, her puppies were only 1–2 months old, and despite her own health struggles, she cared for them with everything she had. Pansy is a special dog, who is deeply loved and cared for by her foster. Pansy is now ready to travel to the Seattle area for her forever home!🌼 Name: Pansy Breed: Jindo Retriever mix Estimated Age: 4 years 2 months Gender: Female Weight: 26 lbs Spayed/Neutered: Yes Energy Level: Indoors 3/10 Outdoors 7/10 (loves running in open fields where she comes alive!) Foster’s Comments: Pansy is a dog I truly love. If circumstances allowed, I would adopt her myself. She is very sweet but shy, so she needs time to adjust. If pressured, she will not open up, but with patience, she will eventually bond more quickly than she did with me. She may chase birds or cats, so care must be taken outdoors, and continued training to help her overcome her fear of strangers is recommended. Pansy is a gentle mother who cared for her puppies above her own comfort. To me, she has always been precious—not just a foster dog, but a beloved companion. I hope she finds a family who will treat her like a princess, free from fear, and give her the secure, loving home she deserves. She deserves a family who will cherish her as if she were the most special dog in the world. Dogs: Gets along with most dogs, but afraid of dogs larger than herself. May be startled if approached suddenly. Gets along well with foster’s two dogs. Note: She is afraid of dogs bigger than her. Cats: Chases cats (and birds) Kids: Seems to be afraid of children Wary of men, bonds slowly. Warms up faster to women Potty trained: 100% outdoors, needs walks 3-4 times a day Leash skills: Walks well, loves slow walks. Barking: Haven’t heard her barked: softly whines to go out Separation anxiety: None Mouthiness/Nipping: May nip out of fear if handled suddenly by strangers Behavioral: Still fearful of strangers; may run from unfamiliar men or children during walks. With the help of dog walkers, this has improved a lot but is not yet completely resolved. Personality/Habits: Very shy; dislikes being approached suddenly Favorite Things: Chew toys Ideal Family: Calm household, mostly women, preferably no children, who can provide frequent walks Health notes: Anaplasma: Tested positive, completed medication Parvo: Hospitalized with two puppies for mild Parvo; Pansy was the first to recover and be discharged Pelvic fracture surgery. May look slightly awkward when running, but it does not affect her daily life. Pansy is currently in a single-woman household, with her boyfriend staying over 3–4 days a week. Pansy is very close to her primary caregiver and follows her everywhere, showing a 10/10 bond. With her boyfriend, it took about four months for her to overcome her initial fear, and now she is friendly with him—she allows him to walk, pet, and hold her, showing a 6/10 bond. Pansy is a quiet, gentle, and precious girl who enjoys slow walks but comes alive when running in open spaces. She may be shy at first, but once she feels safe and with patience she blossoms into a deeply affectionate companion. This special, gentle soul is ready to be cherished and loved in her forever home.💗 Pls DM or fill out an adoption application via the link in our bio on Instagram. https://www.instagram.com/loveismighty__rescue/?hl=en

Story
🌿Meet Willow - Wildfire Survivor, Once Chained, Now Ready for Love Here are more photos and videos of Willow: https://www.instagram.com/p/DOIE2bsDh-k/?hl=en Willow's story is one of survival and hope. When the devastating wildfires swept through Andong, Gyeongsang Province, South Korea in March, he was found alone-chained and left behind while the flames closed in. By what can only be called a miracle, Willow survived, though the fire left burns on his back as a reminder of what he endured. Like many dogs in rural Korea, Willow had been kept on a chain, not as a family companion, but only to guard his owner's property. He knew little kindness, sleeping outdoors, and living a life of neglect and confinement. Name: Willow Breed: Jindo mix Gender: Male Age: 2 years 3 months Gender: Male Weight: 16-17 lbs Spayed/Neutered: Yes Willow was named after the willow tree, which symbolizes resilience, hope, and the strength to bend without breaking. It's the perfect name for a dog who has endured so much yet still greets the world with gentleness. Temperament & Behavior: Dogs: Willow loves other dogs. Before his foster home, he loved playing and having dog friends at the rescue center. His tail wags happily when he meets canine friends. Cats: Seems to be afraid of cats Kids: Older children People: Willow bonds deeply with those who spend the most time with him. He’s especially affectionate with his foster mom and her sister, following them around and showing his playful side. With men and strangers, he may be wary and timid at first, quietly cautious until he warms up. 100% potty trained , needs 3-4 walks a day (30 mins each) Crate trained and sees his crate as a safe, cozy spot Rarely barks — just the occasional soft growl at night noises No separation anxiety; he relaxes when left alone. Greets you you happily when you come home Gentle with his mouth, he may softly hold a hand when very happy, but never nips Loves squeaky toys, playing under blankets, fetch, and tug. Sometimes he resists putting on the leash, but once outside he’s a happy walker, especially when there are new scents to explore. Indoors, he’s calm and relaxed. Outdoors, he’s playful and curious. Willow is a balanced mix of independence and affection. He thrives in a calm, consistent routine. Health Notes: Ears can get moist and itchy. Needs regular cleaning. Burn injuries from the wildfire. Treated successfully. His coat was once dry and damaged from smoke exposure but has improved greatly with care. Ongoing grooming is recommended. Nails are brittle, trimming needs care. Slight cavities and tartar despite daily dental care. Will have a dental scaling before departure History of corrective surgery for angular limb deformity. Now fully recovered and active. Mild bronchial sensitivity. Currently on supplements. Willow’s Ideal Family: Has prior dog experience Can commit to daily walks and playtime Patient, gentle, and ready to let Willow bloom at his own pace Prefers a calm home with adults only. Foster’s comments: Willow is a sweet and gentle boy who, once he opens his heart, shows endless affection. He follows his family around, wagging his tail, and even comforts them if he senses they are unwell. He loves treats, but he loves his people even more. He waits by the door for his family to return, playfully taps with his paw for attention, and brings joy to those around him. We sincerely hope Willow finds a forever family who will cherish him, continue to nurture his gentle soul, and show him a bigger and brighter world filled with love. 💕 This resilient, sweet boy is ready for his forever home! Willow adoption fee is $750, plus $235 for U.S. Customs entry and broker fee. Story
Meet Aiden, rescued from Korea and a young Jindo pup.  Aiden is a good boy but he is worried at first about meeting new people. He did not have a great start in life and as a result he can be unsure of himself. He is in a wonderful foster home where he is patiently guided to become a little more confident. Aiden will do best with other dogs who are social and confident so that he can learn from their example. He is not suitable for a home with kids or cats.   Aiden is young and has a full life ahead of him. We hope to find him a dedicated person who is willing to continue working with him so that he can live his best life.  Aiden is vaccinated, chipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $395. We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! To expedite to meet with this dog, please go to our site at www.savinggreatanimals.org and fill out an application. We look at the first applications to arrive, so we hope to hear from you soon!
