Story
Bailey has the face of a Beagle and the legs of a gazelle. He is trained to use a pet door and has been accident-free since arriving here. He's a sweet little boy that needs a family who will help boost his confidence. We think he's around 2 years old and he is healthy and ready to travel now. He seems to be afraid of men so a home with females or smaller quiet males would be best for him and another friendly dog would also help him feel more comfortable. If you're interested in welcoming Bailey or any of our Funny Farm friends into your home, please visit funnyfarmpets.org to learn more about our Tennessee-based rescue, the adoption process, the comprehensive vetting procedures these pets undergo before they come to your home, and to submit an adoption application. The adoption fee for this pet is $325, and an additional $200 is required for transport. Currently located in a foster home in Tennessee, this pet will be transported to a northern location after the adoption process is finalized. For details on meeting locations and the transport process, please visit the transport tab at funnyfarmpets.org

THIS DOG IS NOT WITH SPOTTY DOG RESCUE. WE ARE POSTING HER AS A COURTESY TO ASSIST HER FAMILY IN FINDING A NEW HOME. If you are interested in meeting her, please contact Paul at 860-985-0178 or paulribeiro1219@gmail.com   Meet Neptune! She is a four year old Beagle mix who is healthy, happy, spayed and up to date on all vaccines. This girl loves being outside, going for walks in the woods, chasing a ball, jumping in the leaves, sliding on the snow or laying in the warm sun. Neptune has participated in basic obedience training and is good on the leash and loves car rides.  She is fully housebroken and does not chew on household items at all.  She typically is a calm girl who loves to sleep on her bed and enjoy the day.  Neptune does best in a home with routines and structure. She is very cautious around strangers and is protective of her people and her home. Because of that she should be in a home without other animals or children.  She is a loveable pup that can be silly, loves her belly rubbed and having her fur brushed. Scratching her ears and under her chin are her favorite spots. She would be the perfect companion for someone who just wants that dog who is ready to move in and be your best friend! Please contact Paul if you would like to meet her. ##2591143##

Story
Pickle is a loving a sweet boy who needs a home without other dogs or young children. We adopted him as a puppy with his litter mate and he is a special part of our home. Unfortunately, he has developed food aggression towards the other dogs in our home (1 other beagle and 4 papillons). His latest act of aggression was very close to my two young children and it is too risky to keep him in such a high energy environment where he feels that he is competing for food. He will be a very loving best friend to an owner of his very own.

Story
PLEASE NOTE! Unless stated otherwise, our dogs and puppies are located in Arkansas, and transported to the north/northeast once adopted. We do occasionally have dogs/puppies placed in foster homes in the north/northeast. In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.Nutmeg Nutmeg is #2 of our 10 'Spice Pups.' She is a typical sweet puppy, with short bursts of energy followed by long naps. She loves people and enjoys a good cuddle session after play time. We dont know the breed of these puppies, they are all different, so there's probably more than 1 'daddy' involved. Mom is very mixed. Nutmeg will likely be around 50 lbs when grown, but this is just a guess based on her current size and build. She is leggy and has a more slender build than some of her siblings. She is precious and sweet and she is going to make a great addition to a family! She is good with kids, cats, and other dogs. Currently 8 weeks old at the time of this post, and weighs about 10 lbs. Nutmeg is located in Arkansas. She can be adopted locally, but transport is available to the New England area as well. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them in PA, NY, or CT on Saturdays. To apply, please fill out the adoption app: https://form.jotform.com/212690945239059 Message us or email apps.aasr@gmail.com with any questions. She is spayed, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Our typical adoption fee for puppies younger than 6 months old is $400, and for older puppies and adults, the usual fee is $350. This includes microchip, spay/neuter,  up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, dewormings, flea/tick treatment, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old) as well as heartworm treatment if they test positive. There is a transport fee of $150 per dog, depending on the transporter. We use Pack Leaders Rescue Dog Transport most often, but also use Hearts Transport as well on occasion.
