With his big heart and boundless energy, Albert will make a fun and active addition to a lucky forever home. Well, lucky you—here I am, the sweetest beagle around, and I just so happen to be looking for my forever home! My name is Laia, and I’m two years old. I absolutely love being around other dogs and would make a wonderful companion for any canine friends you already have. I’m okay with cats, too—though between you and me, they’re not quite as fun as dogs, but I won’t bother them. I’m looking for someone who understands my breed and is willing to be patient and gentle with me. I’ve had a tough start and carry some fear-based behaviors, so I’ll need your help learning that the world doesn’t have to be so scary. Loud noises and sudden movements are especially frightening for me, so I’d really prefer a calm, quiet home with soft voices and predictable routines.
