She's a soft, gentle girl, only seven months old and 32 pounds, who would love a family to call her own. Maeve will need patient folks who will give her some time to warm up to them, but she'll reward you with so much love and plenty of hound snuffles. Forrest was running as a stray unable to catch him for weeks! He took a nap near a home and staff was able to catch him with a fishing net!! He was so scared. Forrest quickly warmed up to our shelter staff! He is a favorite!! He plays well with dogs his size. He is intimidated by dogs larger than him. In the shelter environment new friends can be overwhelming. Come meet Forrest today! He walks well on a leash and really enjoys his trips to the dog park to run and play with volunteers!

Looking for a perfect home for this fella. Kiko is an indoor pet with a big heart for chasing bunnies and squirrels. Needs a fenced yard to play. We think he is a deer beagle. 3years old current shots and neutered. Kiko is potty pad trained and kind of spoiled. Adding that this guy is skiddish around other animals though he is fine with his shih tzu brother. He also seems to dislike hats and barks at his human dad until he gets a treat. Looking for an experienced pet owner only, with a fenced in yard.

Approx. DOB: 12/4/22                 Approx Weight: 23.5 Lbs Adoption Fee: $275 includes a 2 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness! Smokey is the sweetest boy!! He loves to snuggle and is very submissive. He LOVES to play with other dogs so definitely needs a housemate. Being a Beagle or Basset mix, he loves to follow his nose so a secure fence is necessary. He is a total goofball. I rarely hear him bark. He is good with cats. Mostly wants to play with them but is also scared of them. He nervous pees when he gets scared. Loves to play with toys and chew on cow hooves. Likes to carry the basket of hooves around in his mouth. He is silly and super fun!! Resource guards a tiny bit but corrects easily. A perfect boy!!  I have been neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested negative, wormed and microchipped.  If you are interested in adopting me, please complete the adoption application located at www.furrykidsrefuge.org/adoptadog and a dedicated volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible.
