Ramona is a 9 1/2 year old, 26lb Beagle with the BEST floppy ears! She is a huge people lover! She's amazing with cats and doesn't even pay them any attention and is the same with chickens and ducks. She still has a ton of energy but she also knows how to relax. She is fantastic in the car and on a leash. Plus, she hardly barks! Ramona is great with kids too! This girl checks all of the boxes! Her foster describes her as adventurous, clever and gentle. Does she sound like the right pup for you? Ramona is currently living with another dog. Duckie is a sweet girl. Duckie and Luna (who has a seperate listing) were brought to our house because my husband agreed to "dog sit" them for 30 days. We have 2 dogs and 3 cats of our own so, Luna and Ducky reside in the basement. They go out multiple times a day, have toys, lots of room to run but it's not fair. They can hear us upstairs, it makes me so sad. We spend as much time with them as possible and let them run in the yard in the evenings and on weekends. It's just not enough, in my opinion. It's now been several months since we've heard anything about their former owner coming to get them AND she got another dog!! Please help us find forever homes! Duckie is a love! She is more than happy to climb up on your lap, wrap her paws around you and give you a hug if you let her! Duckie is very laid back, doesn't care about other dogs or cats. She just wants to get all the smells. She points and I think would love to hunt. She strives to make you smile.

Please note that we do require dogs to meet all members of the family including existing pets in the home before finalizing during your in home adoption. Age: 1 year Weight: 30 lbs Meet Skittles! Skittles came to the PAWS program as a dumped dog with not one but TWO cherry eyes! Her vision was blocked and she was so uncertain of the world. We quickly got Skittles in to surgery to remove those, and now she can see better AND she is loving life. Skittles is a very friendly girl with lots of energy and would be a great fit for an active home. She loves to play and goes out in play groups daily with dogs of all sizes. She bonds fiercely to her people and is the biggest snuggle bug, but can be shy with kids so older kiddos are preferred for her future family. She is very athletic and able to clear fences, so she will need to be monitored in the yard in her new home.
