Story
Found as a stray who was never claimed, it would seem that she had been previously abused. She was first adopted by an elderly lady who said that she was afraid of her cane at first. She became comfortable and happy at her house, only this elderly lady is now in hospice care and needs to rehome her. Except for going to the vet's offices, Chelsea is not accustomed to being away from the lady's house..She has enjoyed playing with other foster dogs, but occasionally, can be bossy and dominant with them. She is initially skittish and shy, but warms quickly. As such, she would be a flight risk, so would recommend double-leashing her and having a secure, fenced yard. She loves to run back inside for a treat; is well crate-trained....Although she enjoys sleeping with someone, more recently, she has slept in her crate.....is very food and treat motivated. Is an even prettier dog in person, who deserves a lot of love... NO YOUNG CHILDREN. FENCED YARD REQUIRED; VET'S REFERENCE REQUIRED.February 18, 2025, 3:19 am

Story
Dolly is a sweet, loving girl looking for her forever home. She has been through a lot but is gentle, affectionate, and loves being close to her people. She enjoys cuddles, attention, and a calm, loving environment. Dolly would do best in a calmer household, but she has done well in my home with a 3-year-old German Shepherd and a puppy. She loves kids and wouldn’t mind having other friendly dogs around to cuddle and keep her company. She is healthy, vaccinated, and ready to start her next chapter. A small rehoming fee will apply to help ensure she goes to a responsible, loving home. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion, Dolly may be the perfect match. 🐾❤️ Message me to learn more or set up a meet-and-greet.

Story
Meet Copper: My Loyal Hurricane Survivor I’ve had Copper since 2019, after he was found following Hurricane Michael. He’s a spry 7-year-old who has been my devoted companion, and the only reason I’m looking for a new home for him is because I am going into the hospital and can no longer give him the home he deserves. Copper is a social soul who thrives on companionship. He is at his best with a fenced yard and a doggy door, where he can "chat" with the neighborhood dogs. On walks, he’s an enthusiastic investigator who loves to sniff every person and pup he meets before wandering on his "secret trails." He’s a perfect gentleman who gets along great with other dogs and even ignores housecats. He isn't needy—he just loves to be around his human. His favorite spot is burrowed under a blanket near me or watching for action from his be. I’m looking for a family or a couple who is home often so he doesn't fee alone. Copper is a truly good boy, and I want him to have a home as loyal as he i

Story
Sally, was saved from a home where she lived outside 24/7. Her ex family had her up willing and said if things didn’t work out to return her back but Sally deserves the world. She is obedient, smart, kind, loving, and all she wants a home where she can be truly loved and accepted. Sadly due to our busy schedules it was a hard decision but we recognized that we could not save Sally and proved her the best care and attention she deserves. We want her to be rehomed with a family full of love for a dog that only has love to give. Thank you.

Story
**PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE READY TO ADOPT WHEN REQUESTING AN APPLICATION!!** 12-27-25: "Hello everyone! I'm glad you stopped on me, the cutest Lemon Beagle gal around! I am the the total package, and let me tell you my story! Not long ago, I had a home, was it the best one, probably not, as I was a just a puppy maker for them! At my young estimated age of 3 years, I had a number of litters, then when they were done with me, abandoned me along with my male pal. We were left to fend for ourselves till local Animal Control got us, and took us in, keeping both of us safe. Now I am about 20 pounds, am spayed, micro chipped, had my vaccines and am heartworm negative. I did have my cherry eye repaired while I was having my spay, and it is healing well. My Foster Mom was asked to take me in, and she didn't hesitate one minute to say yes, so I got to spend my Christmas in a warm, loving home! She says that I am the sweetest girl and I crave your attention, as well as having my ears scratched--I absolutely love that! My manners are that of the most devine lady, and my crate is always dry. I am great with other dogs, but cats and children are unknown. My male pal was put up for adoption at the shelter, but since I also needed a dental, the rescue pulled me. I had my pre dental exam today with some bloodwork, and my dental is scheduled for January 19, 2026! I can be met now and pre adopted, but I can not leave till the dental has been done" "Do I sound like the best Beagle whom you would love to meet? Just email my Mom at citizens4animals@yahoo.com, and she will send you an application right out, or answer any questions you may have about me! Please DO NOT call the number on here, email, as emails are constantly monitored!! My adoption fee is $250.00, and that covers all my vetting!! Since I am a Beagle, I always have my nose to the ground, so I will need a secure fenced yard please!" "Till we meet" Love, HEIDI **GOOD VERIFIABLE VET REFERENCE REQUIRED!!**
