Story
Beep is a lively, playful little girl with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She’s full of curiosity and loves exploring her surroundings, always eager to see what’s next. Beep is showing early signs of intelligence and a desire to learn, making her a quick and enthusiastic student for training and fun games. She adores spending time with her humans, whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or adventures in the yard. Beep would thrive in an active home that can match her playful energy and give her plenty of love and attention. She’s ready to bring laughter, fun, and lots of puppy cuddles into the life of a family who welcomes her with open arms. She is still learning how to play politely and may become a bit `ruff` when excited. Due to this, any children in her new home are required to be age 10 or older. A consult with our management team will be provided to discuss her individual needs. Adoption Price: $250

Story
This sweet boy is looking for a new home due to circumstances completely out of his control. His owner is moving to a place that does not allow pets, and this is the only reason he needs to be rehomed. He has been loved and cared for and deserves the same in his next home. He is a friendly, affectionate, and playful dog who loves being around his people. He enjoys attention, bonding time, and has a very loving personality once he's comfortable. He is a handsome, intelligent dog with a lot of character.

Story
Roxy is a loving dog alway in need of a belly rub. She is also a very anxious dog and doesn’t do well around strangers. We are rehoming her due to living in apartments and her not being friendly to strangers. She is in need of a loving home where there is not too much stimuli. I’m sure she can be trained me and my daughter just don’t have the knowledge to do so. She would fit well into a home with someone who specializes in dogs if her breed and can train her to be less anxious.

Story
Roxy is a loving, loyal dog who has been part of our family for the past four years. She is very affectionate and especially enjoys belly rubs. Roxy has always been protective of our children and does well with people she is properly introduced to inside our home. She does experience anxiety around unfamiliar people, particularly outside of our home environment. We live in an apartment complex, and there was a recent incident involving a neighbor in which Roxy bit his arm, barely breaking the skin. Although the injury was minor, we take the situation seriously. Due to our living situation, we are unfortunately no longer able to keep her and must rehome her. We are seeking an experienced owner or trainer who understands anxious or reactive dogs and can provide the structure and training she needs. Roxy is house-trained, very intelligent, and well-behaved in the home. She has caused no damage to our apartment or property and is truly a good dog in the right environment.

Story
Tess is 14 mos old. Has high energy, high stimulation need and needs regular exercise. She currently attends day camp and loves the staff and her pup friends. She barks at any noise whether loud or not. Has had a hard time adapting to my adult children being here for holidays. Barks at them, even though they are friendly with her. They walk her, play and give her treats. I don’t feel like I can give her the life she deserves.

Story
NOTE: MAGGIE IS WITH THE COUPLE WHO FOUND HER AND TOOK HER TO THEIR HOME IN DURHAM, CA (NEAR CHICO). GSRSV HAS NOT MET MAGGIE. WE ARE LISTING MAGGIE FOR ADOPTION ON THIS WEBSITE ALONG WITH OUR OWN DOGS TO GIVER HER MORE ADOPTION EXPOSURE. PLEASE SEE END OF THIS PROFILE FOR CONTACT INFO. "Maggie" is a button-cute, approx 6-mos old female Belgian Malinois mix pup in urgent need of another foster or permanent home. Maggie showed up at a construction site near Chico on 5-17-25, and one of the workers took her home. The worker and his wife (Jennifer) had the pup scanned for a chip, but she does not have one. The couple have been keeping Maggie at their house, but they already have one dog and their landlord--who lives next door--will not allow them to keep a second dog. The landlord has given the couple until Sunday, June 1, to relocate Maggie. Here's whAt Jennifer has to say about Maggie: "She is a sweet girl who is eager to learn. She was not house broken at all when we picked her up but only has a few accidents now. Doing great in a kennel over night. She loves being close and cuddling and is a love bug. She is learning to sit. She is great with new people. She had not met my oldest son before but I had to leave Saturday to help my middle son move from San Jose and she had no aggression to him coming in to the house with his dog and girlfriend. All three dogs [including her Pit Bull] played great all day with no issues." Maggie is located in Durham, just south of Chico. If you can foster Maggie for Jennifer and her husband, or if you're interested in adopting Maggie, please contact Jennifer Gomez at 530-415-2947 or jen.whirlpartners@gmail.com.
