Stephen is a pretty typical Belgian Malinois in need of experienced handler/trainer who is looking to have fun times working this guy out! Not for a novice, but he`s affiliative, fetches, plays flirt pole games, and enjoys outdoor walks while not pulling too hard on leash. Rescue Groups Welcome as Stephen`s been here too long for his mental health.Video of assessment by Dog Trainer Matthew Daughters, Off Leash K9 Training Bay Area:https://youtu.be/o72Dn2tRCYE?si=Za1rtM-V39uWB8CFStephen is currently in training if you`re interested in meeting Stephen Please contact Lih at: lih13g@charter.net

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Athletic Tripawed Dog!Coco is an almost 2 year-old Malinois / German Shepherd mix who weighs approximately 78lbs.  Coco is just a sweet sweet dog. Curious, goofy, loving, and energetic - he loves everyone, and sees the best in them. Coco currently lives with two older 4-legged brothers and, while he would love to live with a fur-sibling, he is not part of a bonded pair. As long as he has fur friends to play with, Coco will be a happy boy! When playing with his human pals, in typical puppy fashion Coco can be a bit jumpy and mouthy, but that's easily addressed with a firm voice and a 15 minute walk :-) He's very verbally responsive and wants to please. Sweet Coco has been perfectly house trained since day one, loves car rides, and while he is working on his leash manners, he loves to go for walks and is learning not to pull in excitement when he meets new friends - that is Everyone! Coco knows the benefit of "Sit", "Down" and "Touch" to get his favorite treats, and will benefit from continued positive reinforcement training. Check out Coco's profile on Rocky Kanaka! https://rockykanaka.com/one-leg-short-but-full-of-heart-a-german-shepherds-inspiring-escape-from-adversity/ Prior to adoption, all dogs are spayed/neutered, tested for heartworm, vaccinated (including rabies, if age appropriate) and microchipped.   Adoption fees for dogs: http://www.svpetproject.org/info/adoption Stay up-to-date on what our dogs are up to by following us on Facebook!  https://www.facebook.com/svpetproject Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 2, 2024, 1:17 pm

Story
Male Belgian Malinois, 1 year 2 months old. Neutered. He is intelligent and a quick learner. Ray can seem shy and timid. He doesn't trust new people, but once he figures out they're not dangerous to him, he's a really sweet guy. He is house-trained, sleeps well all night (we don't use a crate but he knows what it is). I would say Ray is a moderate energy level, good with small and large dogs. He is quick to make friends and play very gently on the playground. He knows "sit", "down", "come", "fetch" but needs a lot of additional work and training. Ray doesn't guard toys or food. I can say that he is a sensitive young adult who responds well to positive reinforcement training, especially when treats are involved. While he may show submissive tendencies, his potential shines with a little guidance and encouragement. It should be patient people, experienced dog owners who has a large breeds in the past. No cats, no children. Experienced dog owners who has a large breeds in the past.

Story
Introducing the dynamic duo, Daisy and Fred! They like long walks, slobbery fetch, and cozy nights in front of the fireplace talking about their feelings. They also don't have to talk and will instead Netflix and Chill if that's your vibe. Daisy, is a German Shepherd with a lapdog complex, and Fred, is her twin brother and forever sidekick who can't resist joining the cuddle party. This pair believes that the best spot in the house is, invariably, your lap. Daisy loves to sprawl across any available space, convinced she's as petite as a chihuahua, while Fred, her equally affectionate brother, thinks the best seat in the house is wherever Daisy is sitting. Are you prepared for double the fun and double the love? Daisy and Fred are ready to fill your home with joy and dog hair! Husband adopted 2 littermates from local community member at 8 weeks old. Husband left home. Wife travels for a living. Wife heartbroken she can't give the dogs the time and attention they need. Age: 2.5.
