🐾 Meet Cold Brew (aka "Brew"): A Special Blend of Love 🐾 Just like his name suggests, Cold Brew takes a little time to steep—but once he’s ready, he is absolutely worth the wait! This stunning Long-Haired Border Collie mix is looking for a patient, understanding family to help him continue his journey toward becoming his best self. Brew is a "sensitive soul" who needs a bit of time to adjust to new faces and places. However, once he decides you’re his person, his true colors shine through! 🌟 Why Brew is Worth the Wait: A Loyal Lover: Once Brew builds a foundation of trust, he is an absolute sweetheart. He will softly nudge you and ask for pets, showing just how deep his bond goes. The Power of the Pack: Brew truly thrives with another dog in the home. He looks to his furry siblings for social cues and gains immense confidence from watching them navigate the world. Intelligent & Observant: True to his Border Collie roots, he is incredibly smart. He’s always watching and learning, and he’s ready for a family that will continue to guide his growth. Work in Progress: We are currently working with Brew on his home-life manners and family transitions. He’s looking for a "forever home" that views training as a bonding experience. 🏡 What Brew Needs in a Forever Family: Brew is looking for a quiet, low-pressure environment where he can move at his own pace. His ideal home must have another confident dog to help him find his footing. If you have a heart for "diamonds in the rough" and want to watch a pup truly blossom before your eyes, Brew is your guy. Ready to put in the time for a lifetime of loyalty? Cold Brew is waiting for someone as special as he is!

Story
Are you looking for a high-energy, affectionate companion who thrives with structure and enjoys being close to home? Meet Dolly, a lively and loving pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart! Personality & Traits - Dolly is a joyful, energetic girl who loves to stay active and engaged throughout the day. She’s a cheerful chatterbox, expressing herself with grumbles, snorts, yips, and barks. While she has plenty of energy to burn, Dolly is most comfortable in her home environment, where she can play, explore the yard, and then settle in with her people. Training & Behavior - Kennel Trained: Dolly feels safe and relaxed in her kennel, making it her ideal place to unwind. - Basic Commands: She’s eager to learn and enjoys training, though distractions, especially other dogs, can pull her focus. Consistency and positive reinforcement work well for her. - Leash Training: Dolly is still polishing her leash skills and continues to make progress with regular practice. - Watchful Nature: She likes to patrol her space and will alert you to activity around the property, particularly along the fence line. We’re actively working on recall in these moments. Important Home Requirements - No Small Animals or Cats: Due to her strong prey drive, Dolly cannot live with small animals or cats. This is non-negotiable. Quirks & Fun Facts - Paper Products Beware: Dolly finds shredding paper irresistible, so important items should stay out of reach. - Quick Paws: She has a playful habit of grabbing small objects when the opportunity arises. Burying Treats: Dolly enjoys burying her food and treats, showing off her instinctive side. Dog Friendly - Dolly enjoys the company of other dogs but can get overly excited during play and may need reminders to keep things polite. Health & Wellness - Dolly is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She’s healthy and ready to find her forever home. Crowds & Outings - Dolly can become overstimulated in busy or chaotic environments. She does best with planned activity, enrichment, and play at home, rather than frequent trips to crowded public spaces. Ideal Home - Dolly would thrive in an active home with a secure yard where she can run, play, and burn energy daily. She needs both physical exercise and mental stimulation, followed by downtime with her humans. While she’s high energy, she doesn’t need to be taken everywhere to be happy. A family that enjoys structured play, training, and cozy evenings at home would be an excellent fit. With proper introductions and patience, she may do well with older, respectful children. Will you be the one to give Dolly the active, loving home she deserves? She’s ready to bring enthusiasm, loyalty, and plenty of affection into your life.   Estimated date of birth is 9/28/2023 and her adoption fee is $150.March 7, 2026, 12:48 pm

Story
Meet Kabob aka kabboobi aka Bob! Kabob is the total package—sweet, smart, and full of life. This handsome boy has a heart of gold and gets along beautifully with everyone he meets, including other dogs, cats, and people of all ages. He truly just loves being part of the action and soaking up attention. Kabob is an intelligent, active guy who thrives when he has both mental and physical outlets. He’s the kind of dog who will excel with structure, routine, and someone who enjoys keeping him engaged—whether that’s walks, playtime, training, or learning new tricks. He’s just a little too smart for his own good (in the best way), so keeping him busy helps him shine. He is crate trained and does well with guidance and consistency. With the right home, Kabob is going to be an incredibly loyal, fun, and rewarding companion. His adoption fee is $100 and he is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Story
Colt was found on a farm, in a box, with his siblings. He was about 7-8 weeks old at the time and we have had him ever since. He is 5.5 years old (we assume a late September birthday) he is so loyal, very smart. Unfortunately, he doesn’t care for our kids. We typically keep them separate, but he jumped the baby gate and recently fought our other dog over food, where our 3 year old ended up in the middle of that and she got bit in the process. Very minor, but we cannot keep it around. He doesn’t always like men but I think he could come around and just needs someone to love him like we do. In desperate need of some assistance as we can’t keep him around the kids.
