Story

Winter (Winnie) is a sweet and loving 10-month-old brit mix (mom is an O&W purebred brit, dad is a black and white border collie/cattle dog mix). Winter is well-adjusted and socialized. She loves vigorous walks, water, stuffies, and chasing the ball. She loves all people and is good with respectful and dog-savvy children. Winter is house and crate trained. She is extremely smart and has rapidly progressed in her training. She responds well to hand signals for sitting and eating, she waits to be told to eat, is trained to lie down on her mat when her human family is eating, and she is working on recall. Winter needs a home with a good-sized yard that is enclosed by a 6-foot physical fence so she can run zoomies and watch birds and squirrels. Importantly, Winter needs an owner who is active, patient, and has the time and desire to provide her with consistent daily exercise and loving attention and plans to continue her obedience/social skills training through positive reinforcement and consistency. Preference will also be given to a home where someone either works from home or is home most of the time. Winter would also love to live in a home with another resident canine companion who is friendly, wants to play and is not domineering. The adoption fee for Winter is $350. She is spayed, current on her vaccinations and microchipped. We adopted him from a breeder, and he comes with AKC registration paperwork and documented pedigree information from official stud book records. River has been an incredible dog in so many ways. We are looking for a new home for Daisy with owner/s who have the time and space for her. She is an active 9.5 year old. She is trained with most commands and is very loyal. She is house, potty, and kennel trained. only reason I am looking to rehome her is because I have a 2 year old and one on the way. It has become very hard for me to give her the attention she requires as a mom who solo parents most days/weeks. Daisy loves to go on walks/runs and hikes. She has been camping/road trips with us and does well too. She is good with kids and people she gets to know. She does some stranger danger barking but has never bitten anyone.
