You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Lenny   Lenny is a wonderful boy with an excellent temperament and a calm, laid-back personality. Most of the time he’s relaxed and easygoing — until it’s time for a walk! Then you’ll be treated to some happy barking and his adorable little dance that shows just how excited he is to get moving   Lenny does have some separation anxiety, so he would thrive best in a home where someone is home most of the time or able to take him along with them. With the right setup, he is an incredibly loyal and loving companion.   He’s done great with every dog he’s met so far and has shown polite, well-mannered behavior around small children. He’s more drawn to women, but is respectful with men as well — a quick hello and he’s ready to move on. While he hasn’t been tested with cats, he’s been easily managed around them.   Lenny already knows sit, lay down, and give paw, and he walks beautifully on a leash with no pulling. He’s very respectful in the home and hasn’t attempted to get on furniture, even when other dogs do. Rocky is an amazing dog who has lived his entire life being loose on a farm in Kentucky. We sold our farm and are not able to provide him the attention and space he deserves and are looking for someone who can care for him. He is a great companion and loves to play fetch - he may have a few years on him, but he's still quite spry and definitely up for fun and games. He behaves very well around other dogs and is very mannered on a leash. He would make a great companion for anyone

This handsome boy is 3-year-old Moby and he's waiting for you at Satchel's! Moby can be a little shy of strangers but warms up quickly. He enjoys his walks with volunteers, followed by a nice cool down in the kiddie pool while he waits at the gate for his turn to return to his kennel. Moby is full of energy and is currently working with a trainer to learn basic understanding of what is acceptable behavior. Note from a volunteer: "Moby is a darling and very smart. He’s a “back scratch” grass loving boy who prefers water over land any day. He should’ve been a fish 🐠."
