Weighing 52 pounds, Copper is believed to be an Irish Setter / Border Collie mix — a combination that often brings together intelligence, athleticism, and enthusiasm. True to his heritage, Copper is friendly, outgoing, and full of energy. He gets along well with other dogs, especially those close to his size, and would thrive with an active family. He is somewhat anxious and becomes distressed with too much activity in the home. He would do best in a quiet home without a great many visitors and noise, but with owners able to provide the physical and mental stimulation he needs. If you’re looking for a loyal walking buddy, hiking companion, or adventure partner, Copper may be the perfect match for you.
