Story
This is Max, he is 6.5 yards old and I have had him since he was 6 weeks old. And this is very very hard for me to do but I have a newborn on the way and the past couple years I have had this issue with him growing at the smallest things. Granted he has never snapped or bitten anyone, but I just can’t risk having that happen to my new born. I want him to go to someone who has the time and patience he needs. I want to make sure he goes to someone who will love him because for more than 6 years he has been my best friend and I couldn’t imagine him going to someone who doesn’t treat him good. He is very good with cats, dogs he CAN be good with them if they are more on the calm side. Max is more on the lazier side he likes to relax. He will play of course but he mostly just relaxes. But ever since he got attacked by a dog at the dog park he has been iffy with dogs but I still try to socialize him when I have the time. Please feel free to ask me anymore questions about him.

Story
Tuna is a friendly gal with energy to burn. It can take a few times of taking her out and playing to tire her out. But she does also love to chill and lay with you. She has been friendly with strangers, adults and children alike! She also enjoys a good pet. This animal is staying in a foster home and is not at the shelter. Please put in an inquiry and an adoption counselor will contact you with the next steps. Adoptions are free and include support from our adoption team to ensure a smooth transition from the shelter to your home. Adopted pets are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered before leaving with you. To view our current available animals, please visit: https://indy.gov/activity/adopt-a-pet.

Story
Looking for a chill senior guy who does well with dogs, cats, and kids? Look no further than Murdoch! This handsome pup loves bones, snuggling, and going to bed. His foster family described him as "very quiet and cuddly" and says he "will put himself to bed before everyone else." Despite his age Murdoch is still an energetic and ready-to-go senior pup, he loves going on walks and will give you that "are you coming" stare if you stop to chat on your walk. If that sounds like the dog for you, come in to schedule an appointment to meet him!
