Meet Biscotti Bean!A 58lb, 15-month-old male Australian Shepherd with a heart as big as his fluffy, speckled coat. This sweet boy was found running loose, covered in burrs and in need of some TLC—but even then, he greeted everyone with a wagging tail and bright, trusting eyes.Biscotti Bean’s friendly personality shined even brighter at the shelter. He loves people and seeks out human affection every chance he gets. Whether it’s leaning in for pets or happily plopping down for cuddles, he’s happiest right by your side.While Biscotti adores humans, we have noticed he can be a bit timid around the other dogs at the shelter. The noisy, fast pace environment can feel overwhelming and intimidating for him, so he tends to stick close to the people he trusts.Biscotti Bean is a high-energy young Aussie- he loves to play, explore, and stay engaged, and he’d be an amazing match for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle and is excited to give him the exercise and mental stimulation he craves.We do all adoptions with approved applicants by appointment only. He is a blind neuro boy and because of this it will take time and patience for him to adjust. He may act out in fear. He occasionaly has night terrors. He will need to get familiar with his new person's scent and voice to know they are near. We are looking for a special person, preferably who has experience with a blind pup and Is willing to discuss and work with him. Link is very fearful of other animals and would do best in a home with only adult humans and a fenced yard.  He will always be a pup. Link has an amazing personality and is very loving, especially to those who give him belly rubs and food (his two favorite things). He knows his crate is a safe place and gets very comfortable. He loves to run and play in the yard.
