Lizzie is a 1-year old lovebug who is instant friends with any human or dog she meets. She loves exploring outside, jumping through the garden hose or splashing in the kiddie pool, and just hanging out with her people. When she’s sitting with you, she will “hold hands” by reaching out to touch you with her paw. She may also try to crawl into your lap when you aren’t looking! She is dog friendly, kid friendly, does great on car rides, and happily sleeps in her crate at night. She is still a young pup and will do best with an outlet for her energy, whether that’s playtime with you or with other dogs, and may be a great companion for an active person. She is still working on her leash manners, but is smart and treat motivated- in her time in foster, she has already mastered potty training and “sit”. Lizzie would do best in a home without cats.

She needs a new home due to our home being sold as a result of divorce and not finding a suitable affordable apartment that allows her. She is great with babies and kids. She listens to commands. She is good with new people, but is still breaking her gentle jumping habit. She has been good with various other dogs but sometimes doesn’t get along with certain ones. She has lived with a cat for many years but hasn’t for some time now. Please consider adding her to your family ❤️

Now, before we go any further into my story.... let me warn you...it contains heartache and then some puppies, and fear and even some hopelessness. We do go to the top of the mountain as well, so hold in for the wild ride of my life:) maybe you will get to be my happily ever after.... So I was born a poor border collie mixed pup, in the miserable heat, in a disgusting backyard. To a mama that could have been so beautiful, if she had been brushed and cared for.... Fast forward thru almost 4 YEARS of misery and puppies, we were saved!!! I was saved with 9 newborn puppies and my sister/daughter/ cousin, etccc Princess and HER 9 PUPPIES TOO! We landed safe and sound at the rescue! We are now gorgeous girls and all pups grown and adopted! Now its time for me!! I am a single gal, and really don't like other dogs in my business. I want to be the Queen of the house :D Adopt me and I will fill YOUR home with my love and devotion.
