I am such a good girl ;) Even my rescuers tell me that! I am not sure why I was left alone in a neighborhood, by myself, all alone ?? I deserved so much better, and I am here to say, "SIEZE THE DAY!!!" Because you just don't know if it is your BEST day ever, UNTIL you SIEZE it and DON'T LET GO!!! And seriously, here I am!! Living in a rescue with friends and love and food and safety :D I am now ready for the best family! You would get the best companion, EVER!! I am loyal, I am loving and I am smart AND I can wear a cute pair of pajamas too! So hurry up and adopt me, so that the rescue peeps can find another dog to rescue after I leave :D Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)

Oreo Cookies are da BEST cookies ever! And i are one of them :D So you now know all about me ;) Except the creamy center, which may explain why i am in a rescue looking for a furever home.. It isn't my fault ;( I mean, picture this..... there i was, minding my own business... and my mom and dad sit me down to tell me that they are getting a divorce :( And my mom, brother and I will be homeless soon :( :( what do you do??? I was lucky enough to find a rescue that was able to help me be safe and loved. (my mom and brother found a safe place too) So here i am at the rescue, just waiting to be discovered by my real forever family and I have some things to tell you about me.... I am cute, a little chunky and a little silly at times. But i am SERIOUSLY looking for that home. So if you like a chonky diva, I am yours!!! Meet Max, a 36 pound 10 month old mixed breed-maybe some border collie, active but not quite to border collie energy level. He is amazing...friendly and sweet, great with dogs, not so much cats. Good with kids. Housebroken and even doing well with crate training. Meet him soon, someone is going to snatch him up quickly. Neutered, microchipped and ready to move in. Because our dogs are in foster homes, applications are required prior to setting up any appointments. Calling or emailing may delay your consideration. Find our application on our website, almosthomedogs.org. Adoption Fee is $450. All of our dogs will be microchipped. We are a non profit no kill 501 (c)3 rescue. Please understand that we do our best to describe our dogs but often we rescue them with virtually no information about them and often our best educated guess can be challenging. This sweet girl was born and raised on our farm, she is one of 11 puppies and needs a loving home and an owner who can give this pup the time and job she deserves. This is an extremely smart and trainable dog. Would do great in a family or as sports dog, hiking companion of for agility. She does have a lot of energy and will need exercise but is very good in a crate in between activities. She is very sweet and people oriented, never had any issues with kids or other dogs. Best way to contact would be text message, email can get lost or overlooked, phone cals may be missed.

Rusty, Sweet neutered male, is a bit shy at first but warms up to people quickly. Rusty plays well with other dogs and is curious about cats. He lives in a home with five cats, 2 dogs and a 7 year old. He loves playing fetch with the ball and is working on bringing it back and dropping the ball. Rusty does well in his kennel at night, and when no one is home. He uses a dog door and is house trained. Rusty likes to go on walks however it is best to go early in the morning or late in the day when there is not a lot of traffic or people. He gets scared by the cars. And since we have no idea what kind f life he had before he was saved by the rescue, it is just something he needs practice and confidence building ;) Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $450 (includes transport to your area)
