Our Busy Bee is a darling girl that is thought to be a Boston Terrier mix that is 4 years old and weighing 28 pounds.   This pretty girl is the most loving and inviting personality you would ever want to meet!!!   She is good with everyone and every creature that she meets.   Dogs, Cats, People…. loves car rides and she is pretty much housebroken from all indications. Tank has issues with other dogs. We have 3 Boston's about 6 or 7 years ago Tank would just attack the other dogs and cause a huge fight. With humans he is the best dog, he loves to be on a lap he gets the zoomies for a little bit then is ready to snuggle again. About 5 years ago he started having seizures. He has been on medication for it since then, he takes 1 pill twice a day. They are inexpensive.

DeBeaux is a great dog who is smart and funny. He knows sit, stay, up and lay and will do them for treats. He’s so loving and gets along with all the other dogs on the street and at the kennel where we board him. He will do great in a home with an active family! He loves kids and people in general. He loves to fetch and an empty water bottle is his favorite toy. He likes going for walks but is not trained to walk without a leash. He likes the snow but not the rain. He is crate trained and sleeps in his crate at night with a blanket over it.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Peewee (AL) is a make Boston Terrier estimated to be 5 weeks old at the time of intake March 2024. Peewee is microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (age appropriate). He will be neutered prior to joining his forever home unless there is a medical reason why it has not yet been completed (in which case RDR NYC will work with the adopter to ensure this is done at the appropriate time).  Peewee is good with people of all ages and other dogs. This adorable tiny pup's breeder owner brought him to a veterinarian for euthanasia at just 3 weeks old because he has hydrocephalus. The veterinarian thankfully refused to euthanize Peewee, so the breeder owner surrendered Peewee to the veterinarian and now he is saved! Peewee is still being assessed and treated by our medical team. We would like to have Peewee's forever home waiting for him when he is able to move on, so if you have room in your heart and home for this little guy, please apply online to adopt Peewee (AL) at www.rescuedogsrocknyc.org.  Given technical constraints on this database, this pet's location may not be as listed here. We can, however, provide transport support for pets in foster at a considerable distance from the adopter.
