Hi there! I’m Tyson. I’m a big, sweet, energetic guy with a heart full of love, and I’m looking for my forever home. My previous human loved me so much—she even worked with a trainer to help us succeed—but as I grew into my full size, her health issues made it hard for her to handle my strength. She made the loving decision to find me a home that can give me the active, structured life I need to thrive. Here is a little bit about who I am and what I’m looking for in my next human companion: What Makes Me Great Deeply Social & Loving: I adore meeting new people and other dogs. I’m a total sweetheart who loves making new friends. Fully House-Trained & Crate-Trained: I haven't had an accident since I was a four-month-old pup! If I need to go outside, I’ll politely let you know with a little whine or by standing at the door. I also appreciate my crate as a safe place to relax. High-Energy Adventurer: I love long hikes, heavy-duty tug toys, and having plenty of safe things to chew on. What I Need in My Humans Because I’m a big, strong guy working through some typical adolescent boundaries, I’m looking for a calm, confident, and experienced handler who understands strong, independent breeds. An Adult-Only Home: Because of my size and excitement levels, I’ll do best in an environment without small children. Structure & Firm Leadership: Outside, I can sometimes test limits or get a bit pushy on the leash. Inside, I occasionally like to steal items and head under the table to see if I can keep them. I need a handler who will maintain consistent boundaries and guide me with confident management. A Calm Environment: Loud noises or barking neighborhood dogs can make me a bit nervous or reactive, but I redirect easily when my handler keeps things calm and controlled. Give me a crate or playpen where I can decompress, and I'm good to go! If you can give me clear direction, plenty of activity, and a safe space to grow, I promise to be the most loyal and loving companion you could ever ask for. Tyson is an owner-to-owner transfer. We can only save them when space is available or have an adopter. Bria -1yr old female.Boxer, American Bull, Hw- vaccinated. Play full, likes her toys and her humans! Good with other dogs, but very dominant so does best with submissive dogs.

Rocky is approximately 4 years old.he was rescued from a kill shelter inCalifornia 11/2023. He is very well trained, and loves to swim, chase and fetch his favorite ball, loves car rides and adventures! I have brought him many places and would bring him to private dog parks via the “Sniff Spott” app so he could run around freely. I am disabled and my physical ability to walk has gotten worse over the last year. So much so I can barely walk Rocky. My employment caused me to move and I cannot take Rocky with me. I do not live with him anymore and he is with my daughter until I can find him a permanent home. She has a cat which he does not like. The feeling is mutual . I have dog walkers that come 5 out of 7 days, multiple times a day. Rocky does not like other dogs and is great with the dog walkers but meeting new people with me is a little more difficult as he is very protective of me. He had to protect me in situation and has been protective since. An experienced adopter is recommended
