Story
Why Tyson is being rehomed? Tyson has gotten very big and his owner has had some health issues that limit her strength which prevents her from giving him all that he needs to thrive. She has been working with a trainer because she wanted to do all she could to make it work but despite her efforts she realizes that he is just too much dog for her and he needs a home that can give him all that he needs. This is what the trainer has to say about Tyson: Tyson is a total sweetie, but he needs a calm, confident, and experienced handler who truly understands strong, independent breeds. Because of his size and excitement levels, he’d do best in an adult-only home without small children. He is high-energy, deeply social, and loves meeting new people and dogs. To keep him happy, he needs plenty of mental stimulation and play that fits his style—think heavy-duty tug toys, long hikes, and lots of safe things to chew. We’re working through a few adolescent boundaries with him: • Leash & Outdoor Manners: Outside, he can get a bit pushy with his handlers and try to test limits or ignore direction. • Possessiveness: He occasionally steals items, retreats under a table, and shows a bit of tense body posture if he wants his way. It’s very much a testing-the-waters "puppyish" behavior, but it needs consistent management. • Noise Sensitivity: Loud sounds or neighborhood dogs barking can make him reactive or nervous, though he redirects easily when he's in a calm, controlled environment. Tyson will thrive with someone who understands crate and playpen training to give him a safe space to decompress. If you can offer him structure, firm leadership, and plenty of activity, he’s going to make a wonderful, loyal companion. Tyson will be an owner to owner transfer, please email to set up a meet and greet.

Story
Meet Maddy! Litter: Girls: Milly, Molly & Maddy Boys: Meeko, Marley & Milo Adoption Fee: $525 includes transport Adoption Application - Copy & Paste https://forms.gle/FmtRtYxQNnemdkdw9 If you're looking for a puppy who will keep you smiling, Maddy is your girl! This adorable sweetheart is full of personality, loves everyone she meets, and is always ready for her next adventure. Whether she's carrying around a squeaky toy, chewing on a Kong, or romping around with her foster dog friends, Maddy makes every day more fun. And when playtime is over, she's more than happy to cover you with the sweetest puppy kisses before curling up nearby. Maddy is thriving in her foster home. She gets along wonderfully with the other dogs, sleeps in her crate at night and is making great progress with house training. She's already learning basic commands like sit and come and is a smart little girl who enjoys learning new things. With continued love, patience, and positive reinforcement, she's going to make an incredible lifelong companion. Maddys story began with one very devoted mama. Her beautiful mom, Mercy, who weighs only about 30 pounds, was found living in a warehouse while doing everything she could to keep her puppies safe. Concerned people reached out for help, but no one was able to step in. When Paws of Dixie Animal Rescue learned about this little family, we welcomed them into our rescue and made sure they would never have to struggle again. Born around May 23, Maddy has blossomed into a happy, healthy puppy who is ready to leave her difficult beginning behind and start the next chapter of her life with a family of her own. If you're ready to add a fun, affectionate, and lovable puppy to your family, Maddy is waiting to meet you. Submit your adoption application today—you just might find your new best friend!
