Jojo is being fostered in Illinois. Has some vision.Hi. My name is Jojo. I am a 4-year-old boxer mix. I like to think of myself as a playful happy-go-lucky gal. I may not see you well because close objects are like shadows and a little blurry to me, but I know you are there. I get along well with all the cats and dogs in my foster home. I like cats (see https://youtu.be/t_3b0r0n9LY ). But I may need slow introductions with little feisty dogs. But I would love to go to a home that has many friendly 4-legged buddies.I like to be active and meet people and other dogs (see https://youtu.be/9LG4Cy9_kJI ). However, I am not too good with children because a lot of time kids either approach me too fast or gather around me, which makes me so scared that I have to give a warning snap. But I do love my walks. Even more, I love an open field that I can have all to myself so I can let out a lot of my energy (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8nWkm8OssZU ). At home, I like to relax and sit at my spot while my foster daddy is doing his work. Everyday, I get to be petted and it makes me feel loved (see https://youtu.be/Y_-7FDicj-M ).I am housebroken. However, every once in a while, I have accidents because anxiety gets the best of me when I realize my foster dad has not been home for a while. I will do well in a home where someone is present 90-95 percent of time, perhaps with someone who works out of home or is an active retired person.Blind Dog Rescue has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.

Henry is a sweet 8 month old boxer. He is full of boxer energy. He loves long road trips, naps, carrots, dog parks, and playing with our daughter's cat. Hes been around newborns through teens and loves to play and snuggle. He is pure, 100% boxer, and all the playful, high energy needs that come with the breed. There is a rehomeing fee, to help identify serious families. We purchased Henry from a breeder for 1100, and even adoption centers will run a couple hundred if not more - we want to protect Henry and also understand that adoption can be expense and we do want to make it accessible. So that he finds a loving home. He was recently neutered, also to ensure he wouldn't live a life of breeding, since he is pure with papers.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application This sweet boy came in as a stray. He is super sweet and playful loves people loves other dogs. He takes a few minutes to warm up. It took about 20 mins and he had his head in my lap. He walks well on a leash. We don't knkw about cats as he hasn't been around  any. He rides well in the car and loaded amd unloaded on his own. Franky is a handsome, timid 6 year old brindle pitbull with a heart full of love who we rescued after he was left for dead on the side of the road. We've given him extra snuggles, lots of love, and some training to bring out his personality. He loves our golden retriever and our lab mix, and he plays very well with the small dogs at doggy daycare. He can be slow to trust, but once he knows you, he adores you. He is a loyal companion who has been deeply loved and deserves nothing but the best in his next chapter.Franky would do best with a family who loves the outdoors but also spends time with him. He has separation anxiety and doesn't do well alone for long periods. We have an Impact crate we'd be happy to give you if you adopt him.Rehoming Franky is the hardest decision we've ever made. He is a beloved member of our family and we are committed to finding him a home where he will be cherished. He would do best in a home without kids.
