Rescued from the La Joya shelter with her puppies, she arrived skin and bones, but with care and love she has blossomed into the beautiful dog she was always meant to be. All of her puppies have found homes-now it's mama's turn. Playful, friendly, and full of affection, Jewel loves everyone she meets. She would be especially happy in a family with kids to play with and people to take her on long walks. After her adventures, she's ready to snuggle up and soak in the love she's been waiting for. Jewel is longing for her own forever home where she can finally be cherished. If you're looking for a loyal, joyful companion who will bring warmth and happiness into your life, Jewel is waiting to meet you. Rehoming fee negotiable. Right fit is paramount. Celeste came to me as a 10 week old rescue puppy. Shes so sweet, smiley, loves belly and butt rubs and highly food motivated. She is 5 years old. She prefers women over men. She has some food aggression around other animals so should be fed separately and have further training. She is so smart with training but needs a consistent approach. Shes always gotten along with dogs and has attended daycare on and off since a puppy. She loves play wrestling and is good with large and small dogs. She has lived with a cat her whole life and always wants to play with them too. She has not been around kids much. Older would be better I believe. If my life had more time to give her and hadnt shifted so much I wouldnt give her up for the world but I know she deserves more time and attention that I can offer her now. I want her to have the absolute best life, even if it means not with me.

He does well on car rides but you have to lift him in and out because he's scared, walks very good on leash, responds well to treats when training and is very smart. Jax is very sweet and loves to play. He loves all people, including new people. He does not like other animals, and is a little anxious at times. He is especially scared of storms and even rain. I adopted him from the Human Society 6 years ago, he was 2 at time, now 8 years old. Still has a lot of energy and doesn't show any signs of old age. He has been a great addition to my home, but he needs someone who is going to able to give him attention. I am gone a lot with my job, and now I am moving with my job and will not be able to take him with me. I am extremely sad to leave him and he was a great companion for 6 years. I hope that he ends up with someone who loves him and wants to give him lots of attention and play time. Jax will be best with someone who has a yard so he can run around and play fetch, it may be difficult if he doesn't have his own space since he doesn't like other dogs.
