Celeste came to me as a 10 week old rescue puppy. Shes so sweet, smiley, loves belly and but rubs and highly food motivated. Rehoming fee negotiable. Right fit is paramount. She’s is 5 years old. She prefers women over men. Shes protective of me when in the car or on leash. She is food aggressive around other animals so needs to be fed separately or have additional training. She is smart with training but also stubborn so needs someone experienced and firm with boundaries. Shes always gotten along with dogs and has attended daycare on and off since a puppy. She loves play wrestling and is good with large and small dogs. She has lived with a cat her whole life and always wants to play with them too. She has not been around kids. If my life had more time to give her and hadnt shifted so much I wouldnt give her up for the world but I know she deserves more time and attention that I can offer her now. I want her to have the absolute best life, even if it means not with me.

Before settling in, she loves a cozy cuddle session on the couch. Ginger is house- and bathroom-trained, playful, and full of fun. She adores playing fetch, spending time outside, and proudly collecting sticks—her favorite hobby! She gets along well with other dogs but could use a bit more time and confidence in that area. With people, Ginger is all excitement and love. She thrives on attention, though she’s still learning not to greet everyone with an enthusiastic jump.
