Story
Dinosaur is a 2 year old male Boxer mix, and is pure personality on four paws. His tail never stops wagging, his cute Boxer smile is contagious, and his goofy charm will brighten even the toughest days! Dinosaur still has that big puppy energy … playful, curious, and always ready for fun. He especially loves rope toys, tennis balls, and any game you’re willing to play with him. Despite all that energy, he’s also a giant cuddle bug. This sweet boy truly believes he’s a lap dog and would be happiest curled up on top of you or right next to you, soaking up hugs and giving endless love. He adores meeting new people, and made friends everywhere he went on his recent Day Out with Fur Babies Cat Cafe, charming absolutely everyone he met! Cats are very exciting to him, not in a prey-drive way, just “yay, new friend” - so any cats in your home would likely appreciate a cat tower to jump up high while he adjusts to a new home! Dinosaur’s happy spirit, eagerness to please, loving nature, and treat motivation make him likely to be a fast learner with training from his new family. So if you’re looking for a dog who will make you laugh, keep you active, smother you with affection, and turn every day into a happier one … Dinosaur is your guy! Come meet this big sweet baby and let him steal your heart! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Story
Punky is a true Boxer, energetic, curious, smart and loveable. We bought her from a breeder in Florida and she is 1 year 4 months old. Putty trained as well as cage trained but she loves to be outside. She needs lots of exercise and loves to play fetch. Due to being a puppy still, she gets into trouble chewing things. We have been boxer owners for years while our kids were home, we thought that we could mange another, but being older and not being home due to work, we find we cannot give her the time she needs. She is trained in many commands and pays attention when needed. Overall, she is a great dog with a strong mind and mischevious at times. She needs a home where she can get enough exercise and play time, patience and willing to finish her training. A home with older children will be perfect since she is very strong and thinks she is a lap dog. The new owner needs to understand that even though she is big, she is still a puppy. Reading about the breed is helpful.

Story
Hey there, I'm Kevin! If there ever were a Doggie Olympics, then I'm your dog!!  I would excel in the pool competition since I love to laze in a plastic swimming pool as long as you'll let me. My gorgeous sister Noelle would excel at the rowing competition since she's a water lover too and with her beauty she would distract the competitors while her team goes for the finish line.  Our brother Roger could care less about the water so we don't include him in our fun.  Next to the water my next love is belly rubs.  I will roll over for these and stay in that position as long as you pet me. I do love all the attention so meet and greets are a must along with a fenced yard to help run out my energy.  I've got energy to burn, but I'm also happy to chill out and show off my independent streak. I've got a heart as big as a dog park and a brain to match. So, if you're looking for a sweet, smart, and slightly goofy companion, look no further. I'm your guy! https://www.facebook.com/reel/1650418809128777 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223184652955403/930973348404691 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223617594418669/7040176256082558 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223617594418669/428070840065582 Estimated birthday is Feb 2023. Story
Noelle is very playful and smart. She gets along well with other dogs. She loves toys. She is a water dog.  She will stick her whole face under water and blow bubbles. It is so funny to watch her. She is a year old boxer/terrier mix who weighs about 50 pounds. She would do great in a home with another young playful dog but ok as an only dog. She is shy around people at first. Once she warms up to you, she is a velcro dog. Her foster has a dog door which she loves and is house trained and crate trained. She listens to gentle *no*. Her face turns red through the white fur if she is nervous. If she is in a playful mood, she will attack the vacuum cleaner. Please also check out my available brothers Roger and Kevin that are still looking for a forever home. https://www.facebook.com/reel/1650418809128777 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223617594418669/7040176256082558 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223617594418669/428070840065582 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223184652955403/930973348404691 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223184656035480/3723316444554348 https://www.facebook.com/sonya.scheibler/videos/915837083417945 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10222941756243137/242340945564221 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223383566248111/777082114396410 https://www.facebook.com/TreasuresLostandFoundLLC/videos/940385154347000     ##1804735##

Story
Roger is a real looker and lover.  He is very playful. He would do best with a fenced yard.  Not sure how he is with cats. Their mom, Karen, is a beautiful girl that found herself and her babies heading to Clayton County Animal Control after being picked up as strays in a field. Roger is a very sweet playful dog.  A fenced in yard is highly recommended especially if you have other dogs that enjoy playing or sunning outside. Please also check out my available brother Kevin and sister Noelle that are still looking for a forever home. Roger has Luxating Patella issues in both back knees.  Our vet recommended that we re-check him in 2 to 3 months (went to vet in August) since his growth platelets aren't closed. ##1793403##

Story
Here’s a polished, engaging courtesy post you can copy/paste:       Courtesy Post for one of our trainers – Meet Rip!   Rip is a ~1 year old, neutered, 40lb, champagne-colored heartthrob with light tan points and the most stunning gold eyes. Truly no idea what breed(s) he is — he doesn’t fit neatly into any purebred box, and honestly… that just makes him cooler.   The Basics: • UTD on rabies (other records available) • Potty trained • Crate trained • Very food motivated (training dream!) • Friendly with people & strangers • Not very vocal — may whine in crate if he needs to potty or is having a little FOMO   Personality: Rip is high energy but has learned to settle nicely. He’s great with other dogs — can be a little annoying at times, but he’s submissive and means well. He would LOVE another dog friend (or several).   He’s very interested in cats but can be called off — dog-savvy cats would be best. Good with kids (has been around ages 9–11).   He will counter surf if you aren’t watching — because… snacks. Remember: VERY food motivated.       Rip’s Story: Rip originally went to a home where long work hours left him alone too much. With no midday break, he found his own “projects” and also spent time pestering a Great Pyrenees with health issues — not an ideal situation for either dog.   He came to me lacking strong human bonding and respect for correction, but in just one month at the Performance Pack (aka the dog training house), we’ve made huge progress. House training is solid, and we’re now beginning obedience work.   As a professional dog trainer, I’m happy to incorporate training specific to your household’s needs. I also offer free group class training for all my fosters to help set everyone up for success.   Rip is a fun, affectionate, slightly mischievous young dog who just needed structure and guidance. He’s ready for a home that will continue his training and give him the active, engaging life he deserves.   Interested in meeting Rip? Reach out!   ##2663012##

Story
Murray's estimated birthdate is June 2021. He is a returned adoption due to illness in family. They could no longer care for him. He is crate trained and housebroken. He walks well on leash when using a "gentle leader". He can be very strong but is compliant with this type collar. Murray has completed a basic obedience class. He is very friendly and enjoys attention. He loves going for walks/hikes. He gets along well with other non dominant dogs. He would do best in a home without cats. He would enjoy an active family. All of our pets are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, heartworm tested negative (on monthly heartworm and flea preventive) and are microchipped. Upon adoption, the microchip will be registered with your contact information. If you are interested in Murray, please contact Gail Posey at 678-361-7304 or email pspp_inc@yahoo.com.
