Story
Hey there, I'm Kevin! If there ever were a Doggie Olympics, then I'm your dog!!  I would excel in the pool competition since I love to laze in a plastic swimming pool as long as you'll let me. My gorgeous sister Noelle would excel at the rowing competition since she's a water lover too and with her beauty she would distract the competitors while her team goes for the finish line.  Our brother Roger could care less about the water so we don't include him in our fun.  Next to the water my next love is belly rubs.  I will roll over for these and stay in that position as long as you pet me. I do love all the attention so meet and greets are a must along with a fenced yard to help run out my energy.  I've got energy to burn, but I'm also happy to chill out and show off my independent streak. I've got a heart as big as a dog park and a brain to match. So, if you're looking for a sweet, smart, and slightly goofy companion, look no further. I'm your guy! https://www.facebook.com/reel/1650418809128777 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223184652955403/930973348404691 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223617594418669/7040176256082558 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223617594418669/428070840065582 Estimated birthday is Feb 2023. Story
Noelle is very playful and smart. She gets along well with other dogs. She loves toys. She is a water dog.  She will stick her whole face under water and blow bubbles. It is so funny to watch her. She is a year old boxer/terrier mix who weighs about 50 pounds. She would do great in a home with another young playful dog but ok as an only dog. She is shy around people at first. Once she warms up to you, she is a velcro dog. Her foster has a dog door which she loves and is house trained and crate trained. She listens to gentle *no*. Her face turns red through the white fur if she is nervous. If she is in a playful mood, she will attack the vacuum cleaner. Please also check out my available brothers Roger and Kevin that are still looking for a forever home. https://www.facebook.com/reel/1650418809128777 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223617594418669/7040176256082558 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223617594418669/428070840065582 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223184652955403/930973348404691 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223184656035480/3723316444554348 https://www.facebook.com/sonya.scheibler/videos/915837083417945 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10222941756243137/242340945564221 https://www.facebook.com/1555293309/videos/pcb.10223383566248111/777082114396410 https://www.facebook.com/TreasuresLostandFoundLLC/videos/940385154347000     ##1804735##

Story
Roger is a real looker and lover.  He is very playful. He would do best with a fenced yard.  Not sure how he is with cats. Their mom, Karen, is a beautiful girl that found herself and her babies heading to Clayton County Animal Control after being picked up as strays in a field. Roger is a very sweet playful dog.  A fenced in yard is highly recommended especially if you have other dogs that enjoy playing or sunning outside. Please also check out my available brother Kevin and sister Noelle that are still looking for a forever home. Roger has Luxating Patella issues in both back knees.  Our vet recommended that we re-check him in 2 to 3 months (went to vet in August) since his growth platelets aren't closed. ##1793403##

Story
A FRIENDLY & ACTIVE PAL:  Approx. 1 year old / Approx. 36 lbs. Hello – I’m Rockette!  I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control, and I am so happy to be part of the family!  I’ve been having fun with the volunteers and I was also selected to participate in the Mostly Mutts Prison Pups immersive training experience and learned a lot!  Now I’m looking forward to finding my new family very soon! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts, and I liked playing with them!  If you have a dog at home already, let’s meet and see if we can be pals! / Cats unknown. / I recently met two boys around 6 years old at Mostly Mutts and was a bit happily all over them, and I was frightened when they ran around me, so calmer, older kids 15+ may be a better match for me, let’s meet! • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I’m a friendly, playful, and very active girl with a sweet disposition and a beautiful gaze (and a great smile, too!).  I love to give kisses and look to my people for some direction and reassurance, making me a loving and attentive companion.  I appreciate when new friends let me come to them at my own pace.  I just need a moment to warm up, but once I do, my sweet personality shines through quickly.  / Energy level: 5-7, so let’s be active together.   • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I’m a proud graduate of the Mostly Mutts Prison Pups immersive training experience so I’ve learned the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘down’, ‘come’, ‘drop it’, ‘leave it’ and ‘place’ commands.  I also use proper door etiquette and have good leash manners using my EZ walk harness as well as accept nice strangers without jumping.  Let's continue my training together with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs. / I’m doing well in my crate at Mostly Mutts. / My potty habits were good on the off-site training program schedule, and being crated in the evenings helps set me up for success so there are not overnight accidents.  • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love ear scratches, playing with toys, and spending time with the nice volunteers.  Running zoomies in the play yard is also one of my favorite ways to have fun! / I can’t think of any dislikes, though like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and spayed. I’m a fun and active girl looking for a wonderful family for life!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.  June 13, 2026, 9:57 am

Story
AN ACTIVE, HAPPY PUPPY:  Approx. 5-6 months old / Approx. 34 lbs. & growing Hello – I’m Murphy!  Mostly Mutts rescued me from animal control, and I am so grateful for their love and care as I wait for my new family to find me.  I’m ready to meet them and start the good life, so – don’t wait – come let me rescue you!  I was selected to participate in the Mostly Mutts Prison Pups immersive training experience off-site and learned a lot! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS:  I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them, so if you have a nice dog at home that would like a puppy friend, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over.   • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I’m a sweet, very playful boy who’s friendly, happy, active, fun, and smart! Sometimes the volunteers take me to the play yard in addition to my walks so I can run off some of my extra energy.  I was well behaved for my shelter bath and ear cleaning and seem to be a pretty good listener, too.  I’ve even heard the volunteers call me “a wonderful pup,” and that sure makes me happy! / Energy level: 6-8, so I’ll want a family that will be active with me. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I'm a proud graduate of the Mostly Mutts Prison Pups immersive training experience so I've mastered the ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘down’, ‘come’, ‘drop it’, ‘leave it’ and ‘place’ commands.  I also use proper door etiquette and have good leash manners as well as accept nice strangers without jumping.  Let's continue my training as there are more classes I can take through the free lifetime training that Mostly Mutts offers for their rescue dogs.  I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog – including starting to train me not to chew on things I shouldn’t (I chewed up the plastic slow feeder … oops …, so now it is a metal slow feeder for me). / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts.  I’m still a young pup learning the rules of home life, so crating me when I’m unsupervised will help me stay out of things while I learn what’s mine to play with.  / My potty habits are good in the off-site training program. • LIKES/DISLIKES:  A typical young pup, I LOVE to play and I love treats!  Capturing toys and running around in the play yard are two of my favorite things.  I would love a fenced yard in my new home where we can do just that together!  An affectionate guy, I also love to cuddle - so let’s make time for that between my play sessions, okay? / I don’t like my collar being grabbed and I did snap at someone who did that before they knew it.  Other than that, I can’t think of things I don’t like yet since I’m so young, though like all dogs I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL:  I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow.  I’m also micro-chipped and neutered. If you’re ready for the fun and excitement of having a puppy as well as the training commitment, then let’s meet!  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.    June 13, 2026, 9:57 am

Story
Jade is very sweet with the right people. She’s very territorial. she doesn’t need to be in a home with any other animals except maybe dogs bigger or the same size as her but we’ve never tried that so I’m not sure. She gets along with the neighbors pitbull is why I say that. She is full blooded American XL bully. Right now she probably sits at 110. She doesn’t do too good as far as walking she pulls and she’s strong. But if you have a fence or a runner that would work. You can walk her she just pulls. I’m sure she would do good with training. She is potty trained for the most part. She’s definitely crate trained except instead of a crate we use our bathroom. She can sit shake and be easy. She would probably do better with older kids bc she is so big and doesn’t understand how big she really is. She would either need to be fixed or kept away from males when in heat as she doesn’t do well with her pups I bottle fed her last and only litter. She needs room to run I can get her fixed if ne

Story
Friends to the Forlorn Adopt-a-BullBreed: Pit Bull Terrier Gender: Male Estimated Date of Birth: April 23, 2015 Size: 45 lbs Location: Dallas, GA RESCUING VICTOR Victor was a cruelty case out of Newton County. He was found in a pen, tethered and couldn't reach food or water. Victor was stuck outside, starving to death. He was so thin, a woman's bracelet could've fit around him. At 5 years old, this poor guy had a body score of 0.75, weighing in at a scant 21 pounds when he should've been at least 50 pounds. Of course, Victor was also heartworm positive. While most rescues were shutting down intakes due to COVID-19, we kept going and Victor got his freedom ride on April 21, 2020. ABOUT VICTOR Victor has put on weight and is a happy, healthy boy. He is a quiet, sweet boy who is housebroken and crate-trained. He underwent heartworm treatment in August 2020 and was neutered in January 2021.  He is ready for an adoptive home that can give him tons of love and a chance at having a family of his owner which he has never had.  He is also in need of a foster home if anyone is interested in fostering him!  He would do best as an only dog in the home and with children 13 and older if there are children in the home.  He will need some help with basic training but we know he would make a fantastic companion!  Please give Victor a chance! Our adoption fee is $300. All dogs are current on vaccinations, spayed or neutered, micro-chipped, on heartworm prevention, and are fed top of the line grain-free food.www.savingpitbulls.orgNovember 4, 2024, 12:01 am

Story
Meet Chippa!! This sweet girl was brought into Kay Animal Hospital with a broken leg from being hit by a car. Upon examination, she was also heartworm positive and not spayed. She had surgery to fix her leg, was spayed and went through heartworm treatment. She's good to go and eager for her forever family. She's still at Kay Animal Hospital and has been there a while so we are posting her as a courtesy in hopes of finding her a forever home. She's approximately 6-7 years of age, fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative but is on daily heart medication (not expensive but required 2 times a day). She's submissive, low energy, loves people and children. She does well with other dogs but no cats please. She would be best in a home with minimal stairs but can manage fairly well if necessary. She is not food aggressive, loves to go for walks (great on and off leash), not a jumper but would love to play in a fenced in yard. She's a real snuggle bug, loves big fluffy beds and she loves squeaky toys. She absolutely loves children so the perfect home for her would be with a family with kids. Her adoption fee is $200 Applications will be forwarded to Kay Animal Hospital for consderation.    November 4, 2024, 12:01 am
