Story
Meet your future best friend, Fred 🐾✨ This puppy is a perfect bundle of energy, curiosity, and irresistible cuteness—but like all puppies, Fred is still learning how to be the best dog possible. Continued basic training will be needed, including leash skills, crate training, potty training, and everyday manners. With a growing body and a busy brain, puppies need structure, enrichment, and positive outlets for energy to prevent overstimulation, mouthiness, or the development of unwanted habits. A home committed to consistency, patience, and mental and physical exercise will help Fred grow into a confident, well-balanced adult dog. With the right foundation, the possibilities are endless! 💛🐶 -Around 2.5 months old -Currently under 30lbs -Good with kids, cats and dogs -Adoption fee: $400 To inquire about this dog, please email dogs@adoptapetfenton.com. Include information about your family and pets, what you are looking for in a canine companion, how you plan to exercise and train this dog, and why this specific dog seems like a good fit for your family. Those who provide the previous information will be considered first for this canine. Please do NOT call our center. This will help us match you and the animal the best we can. We usually respond via email within 24-48 hours; please check your spam folder if you don't hear from us. Dog adoption fees include spay/neuter, rabies vaccine (if age-appropriate), distemper/parvo combination vaccine, leptospirosis vaccine (if age-appropriate), bordetella vaccine, deworming, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea preventative, a dental cleaning (if necessary), and a microchip. Future vaccines, tests, and treatments will be the responsibility of the adopter.

STAR is a foster-based rescue. All our rescue animals stay in foster homes until adoption. We do not have a central facility. If you want to meet any of our adoptables please submit an application.  &#226&#156&#168 Meet Cream Soda — The Happiest Little Pittie Around &#226&#156&#168 Hi! I’m Cream Soda, a petite pitty with a BIG smile and an even bigger heart. I may be missing an ear (adds character, if you ask me), but I didn’t lose an ounce of joy — I’m truly one of the happiest, most loving little girls you’ll ever meet. I adore everyone. Kids, adults, tall people, tiny people — if you have hands for pets, I’m in. I’m gentle, affectionate, and love being close to my people. Cuddling is one of my favorite hobbies, right up there with snack time. Speaking of snacks… YES PLEASE. I absolutely love treats, take them very nicely, and am always polite and eager. Snack time is serious business, but I handle it like a lady. Cream Soda didn’t get her Christmas wish this year, but maybe she’s meant for something even better… a New Year’s resolution family? One who’s ready to spoil her, snuggle her, and give her the forever home she so deeply deserves. If you’re looking for a sweet, gentle, joyful companion who will love you with her whole heart — Cream Soda is waiting. Make 2026 the year Cream Soda finally gets her happily ever after. Apply to adopt and meet this little ray of sunshine. All STAR animals come vetted, Up to Date (UTD) on age appropriate shots and testing, spay and neutered (if of age,) and microchipped. AGE DISCLAIMER: Unfortunately, most of the orphaned animals that come into our rescue looking for homes don’t bring birth certificates. Sometimes we know our pets’ ages. Sometimes we don’t. So we make our best guess based on the condition of their teeth and the veterinarians best guess.   BREED DISCLAIMER: Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label . Microchips: For the safety of our dogs and peace of mind of our fosters and adopters, STAR microchips all dogs prior to adoption with Petlink Microchips. Please understand that all dogs MUST still wear a collar with ID tags (which include your current information) AT ALL TIMES. Please remember, our foster dogs are extremely important to us-- we will always take any of our dogs back, if for any reason you can't keep your adopted dog. Never surrender him/her to a shelter! STAR is a foster-based rescue. All our rescue animals stay in foster homes until adoption. We do not have a central facility. If you want to meet any of our adoptables please submit an application.  Meet Stew — Professional Cuddler, Snack Enthusiast & Chew Toy Connoisseur Hi friends! I’m Stew, a handsome American Bully with a stocky build, soulful eyes, and a BIG personality. I’m all about full bowls, soft beds, and being someone’s best buddy. Let’s get one thing straight: mealtime is my FAVORITE event of the day. Breakfast? Incredible. Dinner? Elite. Snacks? YES PLEASE. I’m very food-motivated, take treats nicely, and love learning new things when snacks are involved. When I’m not thinking about food, you’ll find me happily gnawing on a chew toy or bone — I lovesssss them. I’ll proudly carry one around like a prized possession and settle in for a good chew session. Toys and bones keep me busy and very content. I’m a total sweetheart who enjoys being near my people and would do great with an active family that enjoys walks, playtime, and adventures. I haven’t officially lived with other dogs or cats yet, but I’m not overly reactive and could do well with proper introductions. If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate, food-loving cuddle bug who’s always down for snacks, toys, and couch time — I’m your guy. Stew is ready for his forever home Apply to meet me today — I’m saving a spot on the couch just for you.
