We took her in Xmas eve last minute, from her owner of 10+ years, who was going to put her down if he didn’t find a home due to “not having time for her anymore.” She is 13/14 years old. Boxer mix. She has a growth on her leg that her prev owner said was non cancerous and didn’t need to be removed, but it affects her walking to where she has a limp. She is such a sweet girl and would do good in a home w older or less hyper dogs. Or at least trained dogs! she just needs a good home! She’s still playful and very energetic! She enjoys lots of cuddles! Grew up around kids, dogs, and cats! ? She is also spayed and housebroken! She loves loves loves lots of cookies (aka dog treats haha). This playful boy found himself lost and in a bit of a pickle, but thanks to the wonderful people at PAR, he's been given a new leash on life and is now looking for his forever home. We are still getting to know this handsome low rider as he seems to have some confidence issues we are working on! Tyson may be a bit unsure around new people at first, but once he warms up, he's a total sweetheart and an absolute goofball! He takes pride in keeping his space clean and enjoys the simple pleasures in life, like playing with his squeaky toys and going for leisurely walks. Tyson is a protective soul and would make a wonderful companion for a family with older teenage children, provided they can give him the time and patience he needs to feel comfortable. Tyson is still working on his social skills with other dogs, so introductions will need to be slow and careful as it appears he has not been socialized properly.
