You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Cider is a loving and intelligent 3-month-old Boxer mix who adores being cuddled and staying close to her people. She’s a bright, affectionate puppy who learns quickly—so quickly, in fact, that she mastered the doggy door in just one day. Cider would make a wonderful companion for an individual or a family, thanks to her sweet temperament and eagerness to bond. Like most puppies her age, she’s going through a teething phase and loves to chew, but with gentle correction and guidance she’s already learning what’s allowed and what’s not. With her affectionate nature, sharp mind, and cuddly personality, Cider is sure to grow into an amazing, loyal family dog. Whoever adopts her will be gaining a smart, loving best friend. Cider  is from Texas.  If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. Lloyd is an older gentleman seeking a retirement home who wants a well-mannered guy who is past the puppy stages. He is estimated to be about 8 years old. He is the typical pittie who loves all people and does the happiest backend booty dance for butt scratches. Lloyd loves to go on walks, play with his toys and be around his human. Age: 8 years Breed: Pitbull/mix  Weight: ~65lbs Kid-friendly: He's a big boy so we  recommend older kiddos! Dogs: Yes, likes to go off and do his own thing though, sniff trees and walk around. Cats: No, he does have prey drive. Crate trained: Yes!  Loves to sleep by his human family though. Potty trained: Yes Health concerns: He does require Thyroid medication daily. Current medications & estimated costs: ~$25 every 2 months Adoption fee: $275 As a rescue, we provide the care, procedures and testing that is available to us. Adopters will be responsible for continued preventatives, follow-up appointments, and medications (if applicable). At times, adopters will be responsible for procedures not completed in rescue (dentals, bloodwork, etc.)  Your new dog will receive their rabies and distemper vaccine.  $50 discount for seniors (65+) and veterans. Adoption fees help pay for the dog's veterinary exam, vaccinations (rabies and distemper) HW test and spay/neuter if needed and additional health needs specific to each animal.   Grey Face Rescue does not adopt outside of Minnesota for now. We apologize for the inconvenience.  We do not adopt animals to families whose current pets are not up-to-date on vaccinations or not altered. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons as stated by a veterinarian and we will require proof of that recommendation. Meet  King , a sweet and mellow 9-year-old Pitbull with a heart as big as his love for belly rubs, car rides, and—above all— food  (nothing gets him more excited!). Despite being blind, King navigates his world with impressive ease and confidence, even tackling stairs like a pro. He's fully potty trained, great with other dogs, adores older children, and has never shown food aggression—he’s just a gentle, snuggly soul. Though he's not a fan of crates, King is happiest lounging on the couch or snuggling up next to you, soaking in all the love. If you're looking for a calm, loving companion who will be your biggest fan (especially if treats are involved),  King is ready to rule your heart!
