She is extremely people-friendly, loves attention and does great with children. She greets life (and her humans) with enthusiasm, full-body wiggles and a level of excitement she is very happy to talk to you about with an enthusiastic “arrrooooo!”She's a high-energy dog who thrives with daily activity, playtime and mental stimulation. Walks, games, training sessions, adventures - she wants to be involved in it all. She does best when she has an outlet for her energy and a human to share it with. And once she’s had her fun? She happily transforms into a world-class cuddle bug.At night, Tula is a devoted spooner who prefers to sleep close to her person. She may also snore from time to time, which she considers a feature, not a flaw - think cozy white noise from a very contented dog.One of her standout traits is how eager she is to please. She’s smart, attentive and easy to train, making her a great option for a first-time dog owner who’s ready to provide basic structure and consistency. She genuinely wants to do the right thing and be part of her person’s world.Important to know:  Tula has a strong prey drive and is not safe with cats or small animals, so she needs to be the only pet in the home. This isn’t a behavior problem, it’s simply about finding the right environment where she can relax and thrive. Her ideal home:• No cats or small animals• Active individual or family• Someone who enjoys a high-energy dog with a big personalityWhy she’s being rehomed:  Tula is being rehomed due to incompatibility and hyper-fixation with my cats, not because of aggression toward people. She has no bite history, is fully vaccinated, and is ready for a fresh start with the right match. If you want a dog who will be your workout buddy, your couch companion, your nighttime spoon and your enthusiastic conversationalist Tula could be the perfect fit.Contact information:  Michelle 206-858-2525michelleopela@gmail.com All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Story
Cinnamon is currently in a foster home. Cinnamon was brought to us with her sister, Nutmeg, when they were eight weeks old. They both had parvo and went through the parvo treatment. She is a very good girl. She is good with cats, likes dogs, but like us, she doesn't like all the dogs she meets. Story
Cora is 7 years old and weighs 65 lbs. She is excited to meet people when they come into the house and wants to lick them. She is very smart and obeys pretty well when treats are involved. She likes playing catch in the house with a tennis ball and likes playing tug of war. She is a talker when playing. At night time she will let you know when it is time to go to bed. She is really good with a number of the dogs in the neighborhood but also is reactive to some by barking and lunging. She has never bitten another dog or person. In the morning she pulls a bit to get to her bathroom spot but with a little coaxing she can walk by your side and at times especially in the afternoons she can loose leash walk a bit. She can use someone who can do a longer walk with her or a yard where she can run. Cora will curl up by your feet and at times she is allowed on the couch where she will lean into you. It is interesting that when I sneeze she will come and sit by me to make sure I am ok.

Hank is a great dog. I have had him for 3 years and he has been my best bud. My husband passed away and my kiddo and I moved to NC where I have had to work more. I can’t give Hank the amount of exercise and attention he needs and want him to live a happy and full life.
