Story
Our boy Charlie is ready to find his forever home.. And boy is amazing. Born on May 15th 2025 - he is the perfect age - full of life, love and personality. He is your typical young boxer (though I say they never grow up) He is 66 pounds and such a handsome boy Charlie does well with other dogs of all sizes - he was a little intimidated by the bigger dogs at first, but has learned that they can be fun as well. He loves his toys. He has been around cats and wants to chase and play with them , not in an aggressive way at all, just playful moves. He is crate trained and housebroken and is going to make an amazing addition to some very lucky family. Boxers are amazing family dogs and Charlie is no different and is going to be a huge blessing to some very lucky family. As most remember , Charlie came to us with a severe blockage that required major surgery and a week of being hospitalized - he of course has made a full recovery from that and blossomed under his amazing fosters care (thank you Donna and Michael). We do feel Charlie would do better with a fenced in yard as well as sometimes noises can spook him a little He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, has been 4DX Heartworm tested and is current on prevention, microchipped and he comes with a face that you can't help but fall in love with. Charlie's adoption fee is a $250.00 donation to the Anna's Hope Veterinary Clinic Community Fund . If you are interested in adopting Charlie - please go to our website www.annashopevetclinic.com and fill out the adoption application. We do not set up meet and greets until the adoption application has been filled out and reviewed. And all of our dogs are in private foster homes throughout Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.

Winston is a total sweetheart! He’s gentle, endlessly patient, and just wants to love you, please you, and play with you. He’s incredibly tolerant and affectionate, great with kids, good with other dogs, and loves every person he meets! He’s super playful and fun loving and has no history of aggression toward people or other dogs. He’s loyal, gentle, and eager to please, and has years of love left to give the right family. He’s 8 years old and his birthday is July 13, 2018.Winston needs an owner or family who can walk him regularly and take him on outings; someone home often, or able to bring him along, since he doesn’t do well with long stretches alone; and a continued Prozac routine (twice daily) per vet guidance.

Story
Rocky says he is ready to find her forever family - I mean look at that face - we were told Dad was a hound type dog and we know for sure their sweet Momma was a boxer but as I always say there is nothing quite like the love of a mutt Rocky was born on 5/28/26 and is growing into quite the handsome boy . Like any puppy he is full of life and energy but also full of lots of love . He has been around other dogs, cats and kids and loves them all. He is getting the hang of crate training and house training but as with any puppy - it takes consistency and patience but these puppies are so smart that it does not take them long to catch on to things Rocky weighed 18.1 pounds on his puppy wellness visit on 8/28/26 and we do not expect him to be a huge dog - but he does have some long legs on him. Our best estimate is 50 pounds but again that is only an estimate. Rocky is current on age appropriate vaccines and is scheduled for one more puppy vaccine and his rabies vaccine (which we cover 100%) and is scheduled to be neutered (again we cover 100%), he is microchipped and current on his monthly heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention . He has also been dewormed on a normal puppy schedule. This amazing boy is going to bring a lot of smiles and happiness to some very very lucky family. He is ready to find a family to call his very own and share all that love he has to give. Interested in Rocky - please go to our website www.annashopevetclinic.com and fill out one of our adoption applications. We do require vet references and a home visit and none of our dogs are adopted on the spot - we do a trial run with all dogs - even puppies to make sure it is the right fit for the family and the pet. Rocky's adoption fee is a donation of $250.00 to Anna's Hope Veterinary Clinic and that will allow us to continue helping the ones that need us the most. And we will also supply a years worth of heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention when he is adopted Share Rocky - lets find this boy the most perfect home - he deserves it

Story
And another one of the amazing "10" that is ready to find her forever home and family - sweet Annie and this girl is beyond sweet for sure - I mean look at those soulful eyes/ Annie was born on 5/28/26 and her Mom died leaving her and her 9 siblings in a dire situation - we brought them in because amazing fosters stepped up to bottle feed them and they all have grown into amazing puppies. Annie is one of the more laid back puppies - a calmer demeanor - does she like to play like a puppy - of course but also is a snuggler and likes to be by her people. Annie just recently weighed 16.2 pounds - we do not expect these pups to be huge dogs - 40-60 lbs full grown - but again that is an estimate . We know Mom was a full blooded boxer and Dad was possibly a hound mix. Or as we always like to say - there is nothing like the love from a mutt and Annie is proof of that. She is working on housebreaking and crate training and as with any puppy it just takes consistency and patience but all of the puppies are so smart and catch on quickly. She loves her toys and does well with other dogs and cats. Annie is up to date on age appropriate vaccines, she is due one more puppy vaccine and her Rabies vaccine (we cover 100%), she will be spayed (we cover 100%) , she has been dewormed several times, microchipped, she is current on heartworm prevention and flea and tick prevention and when she is adopted we will include a years worth of heartworm prevention and flea/tick prevention. Annie's adoption fee is a donation of $250.00 to Anna's Hope Veterinary Clinic. If you are interested in adopting Annie, please go to our website www.annashopevetclinic.com and fill out one of our adoption applications. We do require vet references , a home visit and we do not adopt on the spot - we do a trial run with all of our adoptable animals to make sure it is a good fit for the pup and the family. And we do not keep adoptable pups at the clinic - they are all located in private foster homes in Western North Carolina. So what are you waiting for - the love of your life is waiting and her name is Annie and she is ready to have a new last name and a family to call her own. Adopt Annie

Attention: This is a courtesy posting only! This pet is NOT available through Mountain Pet Rescue.  Please do NOT contact MPR for information about the pet or apply to adopt this pet on the MPR website.  Contact Michelle at 206-858-2525 or michelleopela@gmail.com for more information or to adopt the pet.Meet Tula: Your High-Energy Best Friend, Built-In Spoon and Personal Hype SquadIf you’re looking for a dog who will love you hard, play hard and snuggle even harder, Tula might be your girl!Tula is a 3-year-old boxer/pit mix with a joyful spirit, an athletic build and a huge heart for people. She is extremely people-friendly, loves attention and does great with children. She greets life (and her humans) with enthusiasm, full-body wiggles and a level of excitement she is very happy to talk to you about with an enthusiastic “arrrooooo!”She's a high-energy dog who thrives with daily activity, playtime and mental stimulation. Walks, games, training sessions, adventures - she wants to be involved in it all. She does best when she has an outlet for her energy and a human to share it with. And once she’s had her fun? She happily transforms into a world-class cuddle bug.At night, Tula is a devoted spooner who prefers to sleep close to her person. She may also snore from time to time, which she considers a feature, not a flaw - think cozy white noise from a very contented dog.One of her standout traits is how eager she is to please. She’s smart, attentive and easy to train, making her a great option for a first-time dog owner who’s ready to provide basic structure and consistency. She genuinely wants to do the right thing and be part of her person’s world.Important to know:  Tula has a strong prey drive and is not safe with cats or small animals, so she needs to be the only pet in the home. This isn’t a behavior problem, it’s simply about finding the right environment where she can relax and thrive. Her ideal home:• No cats or small animals• Active individual or family• Someone who enjoys a high-energy dog with a big personalityWhy she’s being rehomed:  Tula is being rehomed due to incompatibility and hyper-fixation with my cats, not because of aggression toward people. She has no bite history, is fully vaccinated, and is ready for a fresh start with the right match. If you want a dog who will be your workout buddy, your couch companion, your nighttime spoon and your enthusiastic conversationalist Tula could be the perfect fit.Contact information:  Michelle 206-858-2525michelleopela@gmail.com All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information. Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label. Ria🤎🐾🩷 Ria is a loving, gentle pup who’s ready to find a family to call her own. She has a medium energy level, which means she’s always up for a walk or a play session, but she’s just as happy to curl up beside you when it’s time to relax. Ria does well with kids and thrives in home where she can soak up all the affection. She does need to be the only dog in the household, she prefers having her humans all to herself and being the star of the show. She’s still learning her leash manners, but with a little patience and consistency, she’ll have it down in no time. Ria is eager to please and even more eager to love. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal companion who will brighten your days, Ria might just be your perfect match. *54 lbs*
