Raven is a 5-month-old hound and boxer mix and currently weighs about 22lbs. She is exceptionally sweet and loving with humans and fur siblings and will make an excellent family dog. Raven enjoys sniffing, playing, and running and has been a been excelling in puppy training class. Raven does well in her crate and is doing great with potty training. Hi everyone! This girl is Jussy. She’s a 9 year old boxer mix and she is the heart of everyone here at SHPR…especially mine personally. Jussy has been here for 6 years. 6 YEARS!!! 😢 That is 6 years without a comfy bed to snuggle her loved one on, 6 years without a couch to stretch out on while watching the basketball playoffs, 6 years without the love she so truly deserves. She loves people of all ages! She gets up on my 11 year old stepsons lap and smooches all over him. She absolutely would be everyone’s best friend! The reason she is still here is because she needs to be an only pet. Surely there has to be someone that has a fabulous family and no other pets and they are looking for the perfect dog to bring home with them?!?!? I’m begging, please share her post. If you know someone that is looking, please ask them to just come meet her..because once they do, they will be in love like we are! For the right family, I will sponsor her adoption fee myself. After being adopted, she came back to us--she became the alpha/protector at her new home, which resulted in being aggressive with smaller dogs. He has separation anxiety so it will take time for him to adjust to a new home but he is the most loving dog ever he just needs the proper training and people that have the time to train him we unfortunately do not and are no longer able to keep him he gets along great with kids and loves to play.
