Animal Profile: Molly is a Boxer/Cattle Dog mix (best guess) estimated to be 10 weeks old.   She was spotted chained in a yard and someone approached the owners and convinced them to surrender her. She’s a doll!  She spent about a week in a foster home in Texas getting ready for her trip to the PNW to find her forever home and she joined us on 11/15.  Foster Update: Molly is a spunky puppy who greets everyone with enthusiasm and sweetness. She is smart and very food motivated, so it’s no surprise that she’s picking up on obedience training quickly. We are working on sit, down and crate. Molly plays very well with our big dogs and she love to romp in the yard. She will be a social butterfly and can’t wait to explore the world.  Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations per AVMA standards, microchip, negative heartworm test if over 6 months, and health certificate. Your donation may be tax deductible as DG is a 501c3 organization. My name is Phoebe and I'm about 5 years old and a what a fabulous age. I'm well out of that puppy destructive stage but still playful and ready for any and all adventures you might want to throw my way and I'm hoping it's lots and lots. I'm still very playful and will need some daily exercise and playtime and what better way then to get out there and explore! I come in at 54lbs, again a fabulous size for all those adventures but not too big that I take up the whole couch. I'm ready to trade in 'All My Rowdy Friends' for a nice more laid back kind of life, getting lots of pets, belly rubs, ear scratches and treats!! We're gonna have to make lots of 'Family Traditions' that hopefully has to do with me getting some of those treats and belly rubs! Here at my new foster home, I’m Hank, the ranch dog. I don't really live on a ranch, but I love to run and explore all new smells as if I am on a huge Texas ranch. When my foster mom says the word “ride” I jump in the truck lickety split. Going for a ride is one of my favorite things. The ladies (4 legged) are drawn to my fabulous looks with my short brindle coat which is easy for washing and wearing. My white feet and chest match my groomed beard, I am so handsome! I only sit still when it’s time to snuggle. I love to curl up right next to you and get as close to you as possible. And oh, how I love belly rubs!!!! I weigh about 50 pounds and at around 6 years I can still run as fast as a bullet. 'A Country Boy Can Survive' and this ole boy hasn't let life get me down. I was found at a local shelter thinking I was gonna be doing 10 to life, but the judge was lenient and I'm out on parole for good behavior (and I really am a good boy!). SNM(single neutered male) seeks LFH(loving forever home) At 7 years of age I find myself single again and on the prowl for that loving home that will shower me with all the attention, treats, belly rubs and ear scratches I can handle. But don't worry I'm a pro and can handle all you can give. I am good on the leash and love long walks in the moonlight (during the day is good too!), dancing in the rain or we can do the cha cha cha in the sunshine. I am also good with other dogs and enjoy trips to the park. I'm even good with the foster family's creature y'all call a cat! I'm already housebroken.
