Story
Meet Abby! This beautiful 8-month-old, 33-pound princess is truly the most adorable and cute little girl you'll ever meet. She is a little survivor of 12, her mom was abandoned and at one day old, Abby and her 11 siblings were left in a box in the middle of nowhere with no shade. When we came for them after receiving a report from a neighbor of the owner, there were only 5 babies left alive, and we found the rest already dead inside a plastic bag with a knot in it. Abby grew up happy with her litter, they are very active and loving little ones. She is learning to walk on her leash, lives well with dogs and cats and is the most chubby of her litter. She is the smiliest and is very intelligent. It would be ideal for her to grow up in a home with children, she likes walks and although she is a little shy at first, she usually comes out of her shell quickly. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washignton. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.

Story
Breaker is up for adoption in TX, NE and PNW (excluding MA)! Meet Breaker – Your Adventure Buddy in the Making! Breaker is a handsome Great Dane mix a little over a year old who is ready to find an active, committed family to call his own. At around 65 pounds, he’s a wonderful blend of big-dog presence and goofy puppy charm. Breaker is currently being fostered in Seguin, TX, but he can be transported to the Pacific Northwest and the Northeast United States for the right home. Breaker thrives on activity and he still has that classic puppy energy, so he’s looking for a family that understands the importance of positive correction, consistency, and continued training to help him grow into the best version of himself. With the right guidance, Breaker is eager to learn and please. One of Breaker’s favorite things in the world is going on adventures. He absolutely loves riding in the car and would be thrilled to tag along for hikes, outings, road trips, or any fun day spent exploring with his people. Water is another big favorite—splashing, wading, and cooling off are right up his alley. When playtime rolls around, Breaker is all in. He loves toys of all kinds and enjoys playing with dogs his own size. Most of all, Breaker wants to be with his people. He would happily spend the entire day with his family, whether that means being on the go or just hanging out together. If you’re an active household looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion to share life’s adventures, Breaker may be the perfect match for you. Story
Alaska is a little girl who came running to the shelter to hide, we assume she was scared after being run over. At first glance we saw that she had a fracture in her hind leg, her first visit to the vet was to prepare her for an amputation, since her leg was beyond repair. After her recovery, she began to prepare to find her new home, currently she already has her vaccinations up to date, she is spayed and ready. She is a very pampered dog, like a big girl, waiting for love, affection and lots of cuddles, she likes to go for walks, eager to see new places, always happy, following you everywhere. She is very curious, elated to see you, and such an adorable, smart little girl. The fact that she is missing her leg does not stop her, she runs, plays and can even jump, she has adapted quite well to her new life. She is still a puppy, she will barely be a year old, she will not grow any more, she is medium, around 28 pounds. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Story
Rene was wandering around the block for several weeks, until he was given the opportunity to enter the home of one of the rescuers. He has been a very protective, loving dog, and from the first moment he was always grateful. He has gained weight and is ready for his new home. He loves to get close to the fence to be petted by neighbors. He is good with cats, although because of his size we do not leave him unsupervised when he is with them, and he lives with most females. He doesn't like to have another male around, he is the alpha and everyone knows it, but with people, he is the biggest baby of them all. He loves treats, lots of love and affection, going for walks and playing with balls and rubber toys. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.

FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Raider! Raider is a 1.5-year-old, 50 lb Boxer/Staffy mix with a heart of gold and the sweetest soul! He came to us from an animal sanctuary after being dumped on the property, where he spent about a year living around other dogs, cats, children, and even livestock. Despite everything he’s been through, Raider has remained incredibly loving and gentle. He’s a sweet boy who forms deep bonds with his people and has a goofy, playful side that starts to come out once he feels safe and comfortable. Raider does great with other dogs and would love another dog in the home to help show him the ropes, keep him company, and be a built-in playmate. Having a confident canine companion would likely help him continue building confidence and settling into home life more comfortably. His biggest area of growth is confidence-building. Raider is still learning about the outside world and can be shy or unsure in new situations, so he’s looking for a calm, patient home that understands sensitive dogs and will give him the time and support he needs to continue opening up. He would do best in a quieter neighborhood and a predictable home environment where he can decompress, settle in, and slowly gain confidence at his own pace. If you’re looking for a gentle, sweet-natured dog with a goofy side, Raider might just be your perfect match! Raider is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.

FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED FOR ONE OF OUR LONG-TIMERS! Cody has been waiting for his forever family with us for 6 YEARS! He is such a sweet boy, and deserves to spend his golden years in a warm and loving home. Cody is a 8-9 year old, 60lb, Boxer/Shepherd mix. He is sweet and has lots of love to give, despite a rough beginning. He bonds deeply to his people and loves attention and affection. He is smart, enjoys treats and is glad to work for them! He will thrive in a home that can provide continued training and structure. He still has quite a bit of energy for an older pup and would love a home that will take him on walks to explore, and better yet, a home with his own fenced yard to run and play! He is looking for a home that is adult only or with kids over the age of 10 as he can be a bit jumpy when excited. Cody can do well with other dogs but it is always best to do proper introductions to make sure it is a good match and that all parties 'mesh'. Cody is UTD on shots, is microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $350.

Story
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Phoenix! Phoenix is a 4-year-old, 53 lb Boxer who came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. This handsome brindle boy is full of personality, energy, and charm—and he’s ready to find an active home to call his own! Phoenix is sweet, goofy, and loves to have fun. He’s an energetic guy who enjoys being part of the action and would thrive with adopters who want a dog to join them on walks, adventures, and an active day-to-day lifestyle. Like many Boxers, Phoenix has a playful, expressive nature. When he gets excited, he likes to jump up and “box” with his people, so he’ll need continued work on manners and would do best in a home without very young children (or with older, dog-savvy kids who understand his enthusiasm). Phoenix has done well with other dogs but prefers slow introductions to new canine friends. He’s a strong, spirited dog who will benefit from a confident handler committed to training, structure, and helping him channel his energy in positive ways. With his striking brindle coat, fun-loving personality, and loyal heart, Phoenix is ready to be someone’s adventure buddy and best friend. If you’re looking for a playful, active, and handsome companion, Phoenix might just be your perfect match! Phoenix is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $500.

Meet Bella – Waiting Over 5 Years for Her Forever Family Sweet Bella has been with Spring Branch Rescue for over 5 years, hoping for a family to finally see her!  As a puppy, Bella was kept in a crate for long hours. All she wanted was to play with the kids in her home, but instead she spent her days confined. Despite her rough start, she’s still full of love, joy, and personality. Bella is playful, affectionate, and loves being part of the conversation (yes, she’s a little vocal!). She’s crate-trained, loves her playtime, and thrives when she’s included in family life. She’s on a special salmon or beef-based diet for mild skin allergies — no poultry for this girl.  Bella deserves a home where she can be free to love, play, and belong. She’s waited long enough — could you be the one she’s been dreaming of? Adoption Info:Apply at www.springbranchrescue.orgNot in Texas? No problem! We offer transport to the Pacific NW and East Coast. Meet Pugsley! Pugsley is a 2-year-old bulldog/terrier mix bursting with charm, goofy energy, and an endless capacity for love. He’s the perfect match for an active family looking for a fun-loving, kid-friendly companion who thrives on adventure and connection. Pugsley is the ideal blend of playful enthusiasm and affectionate sweetness. He loves to run, play, and explore—whether he’s romping in the yard, joining you for long walks, or splashing in the water, one of his all-time favorite activities. He walks beautifully on a leash and brings enthusiasm to every outing, making him a wonderful walking or hiking buddy. At home, Pugsley is a delightful goofball. He’ll do an “alligator chomp” in the air to get your attention, spook himself with a trash bag blowing across the yard, or curl up next to you in the funniest positions. He is good with dogs of all sizes and enjoys having canine companions to play and relax with. Pugsley is incredibly loving and people-oriented. He’s fantastic with kids of all ages and quickly becomes a family favorite. He crates easily when no one is home and does best in a household with a yard and, ideally, another dog buddy. He would love to have a family that is home alot if he is the only dog. He is also cat friendly but may try to play with them. Pugsley is currently being fostered in a home in Seguin, TX. He gets anxious with car rides so he is available in Texas only. He loves sleeping in a bed with his family and sleeps soundly through the night. His quirks—like sleeping with his tongue sticking out and snoring softly—only make him more endearing.
