Story
Meeko is 2 1/2 yrs old and he’s been with me since he was 10 weeks old. He loves the outdoors as much as he loves sleeping in the couch. He likes hikes, open spaces, and the water. He has a lot of energy due to his age and needs a home where he can be with you a good amount of the day because he is a Velcro dog and also someone who will give him plenty of playtime. He would do amazing in a home with other dogs too! His fav games are fetch and tug! He loves balls and fluffy toys. However, he also loves to bark and gets veryyy excited with other dogs and when someone comes to the door. He is super smart and knows a lot of commands but he still gets excited to train and learn new commands too. He’s a lot of fun but also a lot of responsibility and would do best with someone who can give him all the above! :)

Story
Vito is a retired TSA explosives detection K9 who served with me until retiring at age 6. He spent his career screening passengers and detecting explosives in airports before coming home to enjoy retirement. He is a wonderful family dog who is gentle with children and other dogs, but he is a high-energy working dog who thrives on activity. Daily exercise, hikes, fetch, and mental stimulation are essential. His favorite reward has always been his Chuckit! ball, and he loves searching for it around the house using his incredible nose. Years of detection work made him exceptional at scent games, and he’d likely excel as a hunting companion. Vito occasionally destroys toys and may ingest pieces, so he should be supervised with them. We love him dearly, but with a toddler, an infant, and busy schedules, we can’t give him the active retirement he deserves. We’re looking for a home that will appreciate his years of service and give him the adventure-filled retirement he’s earned.
