Story
Tina is about 2 years old. She lives in the country but doesn't venture far from the house ever. She does live both inside and outside and loves a bit of both worlds. We acquired another female cat just before we found out Tina was pregnant (she is now fixed). We now have 4 cats and Tina and our new addition do not get along. We can't keep all of these cats. As we also have 3 dogs and several birds. We would love for her to find a good home. She is not the most lovey dovey cat but will warm up.

Story
We adopted Millie as a kitten in September 2014. Born in July of 2014, she will be 11 this summer. She has always been best friends with my wife and me. Loves to cuddle on the couch and sleeps with us every night us. However, since the beginning, she has not liked other people. If a friend was over a lot, she would slowly warm up, maybe sit on their lap, but petting her wasn’t really an option for them. We had our daughters in 2021 and 2023. Since then her behavior has gone downhill. She is still loved my wife and me, but hisses, meows and swats at the girls. So much that they are scared and look around the corner for her. It makes us sick to give Millie away, but we can’t have our daughters scared in their own home. Millie is a great cat who loves to play and run through the house. She needs to find a home with no kids and no other pets and she can live a great life.

Story
Moki is the sweetest couch potato. She loves to be in whatever room you are in and never passes up a good belly rub, but tends to want to stick to herself. She loves kitty treats and she can’t resist a laser pointer toy. Her favorite pastime, however, is bird watching out the window. It is so bittersweet to have to re-home her, but we are moving and cannot bring her to our new place. Hoping that her new home and family will love her and make lots of memories with her as we have.

Story
If you look at this little girl’s left ear, you will notice she has an eartip. That means she was trapped from a feral cat colony to be spayed/vaccinated and released. Sometimes we find some that are actually not feral just timid and scared. So, we decided to keep Janie with us and work on her socialization. She has come so far and we all love her but she is still timid and cautious with strangers. She will take a bit of time to trust you but she will and then she is like a dog. She waits for you at the door and is so happy to see you. She gets along good with other cats and loves to play. Give her a chance, you wont be sorry! Janie, girl, born approx. 2017

Story
Lovey is a stray found in Cleveland, MO. She is skittish at first, but very loving once she is comfortable. She is very eager for attention. She’s a beautiful kitty and very lonely, looking for a safe, consistent place to call home. I do believe she should remain indoors considering how frantic she was while outdoors.

Story
Monkey, a 13-year-old front-declawed calico kitty, is super sweet and affectionate. Her dad passed away a few months ago and she's in need of a new home now. She would like a home where she gets a lot of attention and love, as her dad was a retired gentleman and doted on her all her life. She sure misses him. Nosey, a younger sister to Monkey, is a 5-year-old, female spayed grey tabby. She's also affectionate and loving and gets along famously with Monkey. They can be adopted into separate homes; however, Nosey does not like any other cats but Monkey, so Nosey will need to be in a single-cat household if these two are separated. Please call/text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 if you're interested in making Nosey and/or Monkey part of your family. They are in the KC metro but transport might be available to the right home.

Story
Astor is a big ol’ love bug. And I’m not exaggerating the big part. She is about 20 pounds of pure love. The perfect home for Astor would be someone with a lot for cat food and a big heart. I got Astor when she was just 4 months old and she’s been with me for the last 7 years. Unfortunately, my new landlord does not allow pets of any kind so I need to re-home her. She is a very laid back animal, who has free roamed my home since she was a kitten. She has always been litter box trained and never had any accidents. She is spayed and has had her front claws removed. She likes to play with lights on the walls, balls on the floor, and little rope toys. She has also been great with my kids and never had any instances of biting them. Astor is a big old sweetheart who just wants to be near those who love her and will curl up in your lap for hours if you let her. I’m hoping to find someone who has all the love to give to not only my pet, but my partner for the last 7 years. Thanks in advance.
