Story
It’s with a heavy heart I post this. I’m looking to rehome my 7 year old long haired female cat. I’ve had her for most of her life. Shes updated on her dental cleanings and vaccines. Shes very smart and can do lots of tricks. Shes not very affectionate but loves to lay on you without a ton of pets. She does well with dogs but she does not to well with other cats or children (even if they don’t try to touch her). She does good with teens and older. I have a baby and she’s started to lunge at him unprovoked and I simply can’t keep her anymore. She bites if provoked. We have tried everything. She would come with a covered litter box, automatic feeder, treats, pet care products, and any extra food and litter we already have. Rehoming fee of $50 for safety reasons. Also would definitely like to meet before committing to the adoption. I want to make sure she gets to a good home🤍 also open to answering any more questions and give more information to those interested

Story
We are looking for a loving new home for our 8 year old cat, Lola. She is a sweet, affectionate and playful cat at heart, but with two young and energetic toddlers and a newborn, we are no longer able to give her the calm environment she needs. As a result, she has become increasingly anxious and aggressive, and we feel it is no longer the best fit for her wellbeing. This is an extremely difficult decision for our family, but we want her to have the chance to truly thrive. Lola is spayed and fully up to date on her vaccinations. She does have some special dietary needs (food allergies), and we are happy to help subsidize those moving forward if that helps her transition into a great home. We would love to find someone who can give her the calm and supportive environment she deserves.

Story
This is Olive. She was adopted about 2.5 years ago and is now approx 5 yrs old. She is very sweet but does not like to be picked up. She is sociable and likes to be in whatever room the family is in. She can be quite the snuggle bug, especially at night in bed. She loves chasing a laser pointer light, playing with cat toys, loves the cardboard scratchers for cats, and cat trees. She seems to get along with various dogs who have visited our home but she does not get along with our 11 yr old male cat, causing lots of stress for all. She would do best as an only cat or possibly with a dog. She is litter box trained, but due to stress of living with our male cat, does not use her litter box consistently and does not like to “share” litter box

Adopted from a shelter, super relaxed cat, loves to nap on soft blankets all day and eat. Got along well with the other older cat we had but didn’t much like kittens. Ok with dogs once she gets to them and introduced to kids a few times and didn’t seem to mind them. Warms up quick, especially with treats.

Story
Gigi is everything!! She’s absolutely gorgeous, a torbie calico tuxedo, a combination of brown tabby and red tabby with a white bib and gloves. Her vivid light green eyes are tilted with an exotic look. Born about August 2024, she’s become a sleek gazelle. She’s still very much a kitten…has boundless energy, and like most cats probably will until about age 3 years. She gallops around her foster home with another kitty, flying up and down stairs, enjoying fresh air at the windows, and playing with toys. She respects the boundaries of the other two older cats. She will do best in a home where someone is usually home and gives her plenty of attention, and/or would enjoy having another cat or two to pal around with who would welcome a friend and playmate. Solitude would not be her idea of a good time, and the boredom would likely get her into trouble. Gigi was found loose in a neighborhood at age 6 months. A foster parent took her, but things got a bit complicated when she tested positive for feline leukemia. Her foster parents spent as much time with her in her room as possible, she had lots of toys and a radio, but 3 months of too much time alone wasn’t easy for an energetic kitten. She got lucky again and got to move to a large home with other positive cats, and she is loving being with them and her foster parents. She uses a scratching post, allows her claws to be trimmed, and enjoys short cuddling and nuzzling sessions. Like many cats, she will squirm or nip slightly to let you know if she’s getting overstimulated and needs less attention for a bit. If you’re charmed by Gigi’s info, and if she, you and your home seem compatible, please fill out and submit an application. She’s waiting to charm the right person for the rest of her life.

Story
Hi! I am currently looking to rehome a cat I attempted to integrate into my home. Her name is Layla, and she is a very sweet and chill older cat (7) located in Shawnee, KS. She is talkative and adorably chirpy. I received her from a friend but my cat is very stubborn and not getting along with her. She would be good alone or with another calm cat. She requires a special prescription food that is pricey. Overall, she is a wonderful cat, she just doesn't fit in our home.

Story
Pixie, the classic brown tabby with a hint of Bengal sass, is not your typical feline. This feisty girl left her mark on her previous foster with her biting antics, but don't let that deter you. She's a force to be reckoned with and demands a certain level of respect. Pixie has a rebellious streak and a disdain for white cats, but don't worry, she's got a soft spot for anyone who can keep up with her need for constant play and adventure. With a penchant for hunting and guarding, Pixie is on the lookout for a home that will appreciate her unique skills. If you're willing to give her the space and freedom she craves, Pixie will reward you with her fierce loyalty and endless entertainment. A true diva in every sense, Pixie is ready to take on the world, one mouse at a time. We do not condone indoor/outdoor cats, but Pixie is a purrfect candidate for indoor/outdoor life. Being allowed outdoor time has completely changed her attitude. She does not stray far and loves the run around time. She no longer bites the humans and is way easier to handle!!!! She loves to play the game of let me in and let me out. She does like to be brushed and petted but you must be quick about it!! Her foster mom thinks she is one of the most hilarious creatures she has ever met!!If you're interested in this cat or kitten, please fill out an application rather than send an inquiry. Applicants are processed first come first served and some kittens go fast. You are not obligated to adopt by submitting an application and due to volume, we are not always able to respond to inquiries in a timely manner. All Diva Pets Rescue cats have been fostered in homes by our volunteers. One of our volunteers will get back to you within 48 hours. Please contact us for more information at DivaPetsCatRescue@gmail.com. All of our cats are spayed/neutered, dewormed, flea-treated, microchipped, and have had all age appropriate vaccinations. Adoption fees are $125 for cats over 1 year old or $200 for 2 adults. Story
Silver is a sweet and gentle brown tabby kitten who may be a little shy at first, but she quickly warms up to those who show her love and patience. She may not enjoy being picked up and held just yet, but she is slowly learning to trust and enjoy the affection of her human companions. Silver's true joy comes from playing with other cats and exploring a variety of toys that keep her entertained for hours on end. She is particularly close with her feline friends Koal and Buffy, and they can often be found cuddled up together or engaging in playful antics. With a nurturing and understanding home, Silver is sure to blossom into a confident and loving companion who will bring endless joy to her lucky adopters. If you're interested in this cat or kitten, please fill out an application rather than send an inquiry.
