Hello,My name is Birdy I turned two years old in July. I was born on a farm till I was about 6 or 8 weeks old. I love to play, love to climb on my cat tree, If I move into your house I will need a cat tree to climb on & lots of toys to play with and allot of attention. I love activity, I am very social., high energy cat, love to climb, perch on high areas. Need lots of scratching posts, i have several in the home I currently live in. I am a very loving cat, loved to be petted and love to set on your lap.The ideal home for me would be a house with kids that are good with animals, & have time to play & pet me. I love other cats and dogs. I am completely litter trained, never had an accident in the house. Even with a building filled to near capacity, how could we possibly turn a blind eye to a momma in need. On 3/7/26, we welcomed four tiny newborn babies. Graylee has been a great momma, but it's time for her babies to fly the coop. Two of their siblings have found homes - Havarti and Swiss await their turn. Both girls are super friendly and affectionate - thus the less than stellar photos of them. It's nearly impossible to get a great shot of either as they instantly want to be loved on the second you walk into their room. They are NOT kenneled during the day but are at night for safety. Pictures of them kenneled were the only way we could get a shot of them together, and somewhat still! The girls are bonded, so we are hoping they can be adopted together. Once you meet them, you'll understand why keeping them together is the best option. If you have room in your heart and home for a pair of fabulous kitties, you won't go wrong by choosing our loves, Havarti and Swiss. Both are great with other kittens and adult cats. Children are their jam! Dogs are an unknown but we are certain they would come to love a doggie companion given a little time and proper introductions - their personalities are so loving, that we just don't see a dog as a stumbling block for them. Most kittens do absolutely fine with dogs once they learn they are not a threat. If you are looking for a super sweet, friendly, playful pair of kittens, please come meet them. They truly are two of the best and we know you'll just love them!

Rin came to GGOH from a private rescuer in Minnesota when she reached out for a little help. Rin was a stray so we have no previous history on her. DOB is approximately 1/1/2019. Rin has a quieter, shy personality; with the right home, she will be a great companion. She loves to play and snuggle with other cats, is active and healthy. She has a beautiful dilute calico coat that she keeps neat and clean. While Rin is very cat friendly, she is still quite reserved around humans - when meeting her, she generally will let you near her, but will move away if you attempt to pet her. She's worth the effort to get to know and has great potential, but it will take time for her to trust someone new. If you have the willingness to try and let her adjust at her own pace, she might be a great fit for you. We have not directly introduced Rin to dogs, but she has been in the room as they've walked by and she paid no attention to them whatsoever. Our guess is that in a home environment, she will likely act the same and over time, perhaps even become best buds with them. As Rin is still quite people reserved, we recommend older children only for her as youngsters often do not understand a cat's signals and Rin would not be too happy with a child rushing at her. She is very sweet and just needs someone who has time, patience, and love to give. She allows a slow hand and a gentle touch. We know that this beautiful girl has lots of warmth and love to give if someone would just take a chance on her and give her consistent attention and love.
