Meet Pyro, a stunning four-year-old calico whose journey is one of strength, survival, and so much love waiting to be shared. Pyro came to our rescue with seven other cats after a devastating house fire in Ansonia just before Christmas. When the family’s home caught fire, the cats were left behind to fend for themselves in a space that was suddenly unsafe and unfamiliar. Despite everything she’s been through, Pyro has held onto her gentle spirit and is now ready for a fresh start in a furever home where she can finally feel secure again. Pyro can be shy and will hide at first while she takes in her surroundings—this is simply her way of making sure she’s safe. But once she realizes she can trust you, she completely blossoms. She transforms into an incredibly affectionate lap cat who will happily crawl right onto you to soak up all the love and attention she can get. Pyro is a true vocal queen and isn’t afraid to let you know when she wants pets, cuddles, or companionship. Her love language is constant affection, full-body smothers, and being as close to her person as possible. She gets along well with other cats and enjoys their company, but Pyro would also thrive as your one-and-only, where all the attention can be focused exactly where she thinks it belongs—on her. Pyro is looking for a patient, loving home that will give her the time she needs to settle in and the affection she craves once she does. So cute cuddly and funny - all possible therapy cats as they gentle and so willing to learn each and every day how to be even more spectacular. All can be solo cats or buddied up! Maya and Missy - these twin sisters are 2yr old angels made for cuddles n' kisses. They love to be held, snuggled 24/7 and even give kisses. Our fav is that they do walking head boops - they just cannot stop their happiness and u will find they are both going to be your joy too! Can be separated or can go together! Missy loves to head boop and is great for all families - cat experienced or not. Mittens - this 18-24m tummy rubbin' snuggle puss is EXCEPTIONAL in every way. She’s a perfect beginner cat and an ideal work-from-home companion — happy to curl up in your lap for snuggles, but also content entertaining herself while you’re busy. Callie is loving, affectionate, and very people-oriented. She’s playful and curious, and you’ll often hear her happily amusing herself with toys. Callie does need plenty of playtime to burn off that young cat energy. While Callie can live with other cats, she’s definitely more of a “people cat.” She’s made progress around other cats but is still a bit scared, so any feline introductions would need to be slow and patient.
