Story
Bella is a 9 year old black and white cat. Our neighbors moved houses and gave us the responsibility of taking care of her about 7 years ago. She has gave birth to many litters but we can’t provide the money she needs to get fed anymore due to a job change. We hope that she gets into a home with children or other cats since she does pretty well with them.

Story
We received this cat from a friend of ours. She came from a home with other cats and dogs, but because this was a new place, we know that it was going to take time for her to adjust. It’s been over 2 months now and she is not getting along with our other pets at all. She will only eat wet food. She is an absolutely sweetheart and deserves a good home. She would do best by herself. Looking for a home for someone that has had cats before and is looking for another one. She is 5 years old, will be 6 at the end of March. Be prepared to find her hiding for the first week or so. Oh! And she is litter box trained. There would be more pictures of Phoebe, but she is always hiding under the couch so I can’t take other pictures.

Story
We are looking to rehome a very sweet 5-year-old cat (turning 6 at the end of March) who deserves a loving environment calm environment. She came from a home with other cats and dogs, but after over two months with us, it’s clear she would do best as the only pet in the household. She has a gentle, affectionate personality once she feels safe and comfortable. Phoebe is Litter box trained, loves wet food, prefers a water fountain/dispenser, very sweet and loving once she warms up bus she will likely hide for the first week or so while adjusting. She would do best with someone who has prior cat experience and understands that she may need a little patience at first—but she’s absolutely worth it. This pretty cat lives in Vancouver with her owner and her rehoming fee is $100.  Phoebe is indoor only. Story
Sweet RosieJust like her name, Rosie is as sweet as a rose! This affectionate beauty was found caring for her kittens and brought into a loving foster home where she could raise them safely. Now that her babies are grown, Rosie is fully vetted—spayed, tested, vaccinated, microchipped, and healthy—and ready to begin a life of her own.Rosie loves being close to her person. She gently rubs against her foster’s legs for attention, happily soaks up chin and cheek scratches, and follows her foster around the house like a little shadow. At bedtime, she curls up on the bed for cozy snuggles. She’s also playful and energetic—she’ll chase her favorite string toy endlessly and zoom after tossed balls and toy mice with delight.Rosie would thrive as an only cat, but she’s shown curiosity toward other felines and will likely do well with a friendly male kitty after a slow, thoughtful introduction. She’s not expected to be a good fit with dogs, as she has no known experience with them.A wonderful blend of affection and fun, Rosie will make a loving, devoted companion for the lucky person who brings her home.To learn more or inquire about adopting Rosie, please email Patricia at dpcadams@comcast.net.For more information call 503-397-4353 or email adoption@columbiahumane.orgMarch 7, 2026, 1:53 pm
