Story
Rescued her with five kittens we found homes for the kittens but unable to find a home for her. She’s a sweetheart and I think she was someone’s pet before she got pregnant and they dumped her cause she’s a sweet cat and very well behaved for a “feral cat.” She needs a home with a family that will love her but I believe she needs to be an only cat. We are unable to keep her due to the fact that she doesn’t get along with our other cats. She’s had her first round of shots and she’s been fixed. I would love nothing more than to keep her but unfortunately we’re just unable to. She is very much a sweetheart, and she loves to play. If she can find a home with someone that will love her and be an only cat. She will be a very wonderful pet in my opinion.

Story
Henry came into my life 14 years ago and has been by my side ever since. He is an incredibly sweet, cuddly cat who loves attention, affection, and being close to his people. Unfortunately, our circumstances have recently changed. We welcomed a new baby and are currently living in a one-bedroom apartment, and our baby has developed a mild allergy to Henry. Because of this, we’ve had to limit the amount of time we’re able to spend with him. Henry has always been such a loving and affectionate companion, and we don’t feel it’s fair for him to live in a home where he isn’t able to get the attention and affection he deserves. As heartbreaking as it is, we believe finding him a loving home where he can be cuddled, spoiled, and given plenty of attention is the kindest thing we can do for him.

Story
Harry is a 6 year old male, brown tabby with some white on him. He’s a good boy with a little chunk on him. Harry is Neutered as of July 22nd, 2026 along with updated shots from that day. I am moving soon and need to rehome him. I’ve had him since he was 5 weeks old and it breaks my heart to rehome him but I unfortunately cannot take him with me. Harry is a sweet boy, however he’s pretty anxious. He likes to stay inside and doesn’t get along well with other animals. He may take a moment to warm up, but he’s a super affectionate and big cuddler. I am unsure how he is around children but he should probably be an only pet. Please reach out if you’re interested with Harry, he’s a good boy.

Story
Luna is named by a character from Harry Potter Luna Lovegood. She is in the scary cat side she loves her space but if you check on her once or twice. She'll look for you for some pet and cuddles 💕. She full time indoors cat but loves to sleep on windows sometimes. The one spot she doesn't like to be touched is her bottom butt tile. If you do touch she'll just hit you she don't bite or scratch without a reason ofc. She love treats lol 😂 what cat does. Loves to play as well. She'll chase the feather toy I have and goes crazy sometimes. She's a very sweet girl I hope, nothing for the best for her. I had a baby and I feel like I don't give her the time of day that she need or wants and it makes me so sad. But ik there's someone who treats her with all the attention she needs. Thank you 🥺

Story
Melon is a sweetpea, she is not my cat, only currently in my care. She was 6 weeks when taken from her mother and put in a home where she was heavily neglected. We saved her and 2 other mamas before the house they had been abandoned at was torn down. She had her kittens last June right before we took her in and has been a great mama but is so very ready to have new humans of her own who just want to give her the love and cuddles she deserves. I'm not worried about a fee, just want her to go to someone who can give her a forever home.

Story
Meet Princess Peach! Every princess deserves a castle of her own—and Princess Peach is hoping hers is a quiet, cozy home where she can finally feel safe enough to show her true colors. This beautiful calico girl has had a bit of a tough time at the shelter. The hustle and bustle has her feeling more “please don’t make me face Bowser!” than “let’s-a-go!” She’s shy and scared right now, but underneath that cautious exterior is a sweet girl who simply needs time, patience, and a peaceful place to come out of her shell.Princess Peach isn’t looking for a loud Mushroom Kingdom full of adventure just yet. She’d much rather start with a soft bed, gentle voices, and a loving person willing to let her set the pace. Give her some time to explore her new kingdom, and you may just discover the affectionate little princess hiding inside. Her happily-ever-after starts with you. If you’re looking for a gentle companion and have a quiet home where a shy kitty can blossom, Princess Peach may be the purr-fect match.Adoption fee includes:✅ Spay/Neuter✅ Vaccines✅ Microchip✅ Treated for fleas and worms Interested in meeting Princess Peach?Email us at: adoption@columbiahumane.org to request an application.Adoption Fee: $175For more information call 503-397-4353 or email adoption@columbiahumane.orgSeptember 12, 2026, 7:06 am
