Suzy Q is a darling Calico female born approx. 4/12/22. She came into the rescue with her siblings...at 10 weeks old. Just she and her brother, Hoho are left. She was the most skittish of the litter and still is. She doesn't enjoy pets or handling, truly more an indoor semi feral cat that is more of a companion for another cat if your cat needs a buddy, lol! She's great with other cats! She is, however, very playful, love treats, obsessed with chasing the laser light or feather wand! Her adoption fee is $150 or will be waived if she is adopted with her brother, Hoho, as a cat companion for him. Meet Tatiana – this little petite lady is one big lover girl with the sweetest nature and purr.  You can hold her like a baby and she puts her paws up gently on your face to give you a little extra lovin’. She was abandoned on the streets and was eager to get inside and rescued from a good Samaritan and has been happy and content ever since. She doesn’t mind nail trims, loves to be brushed, and has impeccable litter box habits.  She meows when she hears visitors and wants to give them some loving. Florentine was rescued from a sad desperate situation, she was living in a home with lots of other cats, sadly owner did not spay any of the cats and they all were breeding and breeding till things got out of hands, and owner asked for help. When we adopted Taco, we hoped our 2 existing cats would grow to like (or tolerate) him. Unfortunately, nothing we've tried has convinced our 2 cats that Taco is a sweet boy- which he very much is!! While we do believe Taco would enjoy a cat companion, he is a big boy (~16 lbs) and can get overexcited and play too rough. He would do best in a solo home or with a cat(s) who is patient and experienced dealing with other cats. Taco warms up to new people quickly, and it won’t be long before he’s cuddled up beside you with his belly in the air, purring up a storm! Taco loves to be around people, but he's not overly demanding of your attention so long as you give him other things to do. For example, he loves watching bird and rodent YouTube videos for cats! Taco recently underwent urethral widening surgery, which should prevent urethral blockages in the future. He will do best continuing with his diet of prescription urinary health food and a low dose of anxiety meds.

Cleo is a sweet tuxedo, female at the age of 2 1/2. She loves to be pet and rubbed and will sit in your lap. She has seen the vet for all of her shots and is in good health. Like most cats, I feed her a urinary sensitive diet. Its with great sadness and having tried every vet recommended attempt and more, that she is unable to stay with us as she does not get along with her biological sister and the other male cat in the house. Cleo would really do well in a home with dogs (as we have one) and children but definitely not other cats. To complicate things, I have a medical child with special needs and the cat fighting leaves her distraught. Our last attempt to solve this long ongoing issue has failed and we need a wonderful home for her.

It is hard to convey how special Zuko is—this is a cat who follows his human around from room to room, who is friendly and social with new people, who loves to snuggle into a lap on the couch or an armpit in bed. When I took him in to foster him in 2015, he stole my heart and became my sweet buddy as I moved to different cities and eventually met my life partner. In 2020, I moved in with my partner who has two cats of their own, and we have worked hard on getting Zuko to live peacefully with his cat siblings, but after four years, we are coming to terms with the fact that the stress this puts on him is not fair, and keeping the cats confined to separate zones in our home is not the life we want to give any of them. Rehoming him is not a decision we make lightly—we love this little guy fiercely, and want to find someone who finds him as delightful and singular as we do. He is healthy, low-maintenance with perfect litter box behavior, and he will make your day every day.
