Muhrka is a 6-year-old calico female, spayed, microchipped, and in good health. She’s a rescue with a calm, independent personality. She mostly keeps to herself, but once a day she seeks out human touch—curling up beside you or sitting on your lap. She’s also a great nap buddy, especially for quiet afternoons. About Muhrka: * 🐱 Indoor/outdoor cat * 🏡 Best suited for someone living in a house in a quiet neighborhood * 🌿 Independent and low-maintenance * 🛋️ Enjoys calm companionship, TV time, and naps * 💤 Makes an excellent nap buddy * 🐾 Okay with other pets * 🚫 Not recommended for homes with little kids (she gets scared by noise and commotion) I’m moving abroad into a city apartment, which wouldn’t be a good environment for her. Meet Holly Hobby Holly Hobby is a stunning dilute calico beauty with mesmerizing golden eyes and a quiet grace that will melt your heart. Holly loves to be petted and will look at you with those eyes so that you can't help but oblige! Petting her is very satisfying because she stretches her body into your hand to get the most out of your offered pets. Holly is a gentle girl who thrives in a nurturing environment. She is looking for a warm companion who is happy to hand out pets. She is a quiet, easy kitty who requests pets and leans into them. She is on a prescription diet to prevent crystals in her bladder. She eats her prescription food well. That is the only special care she needs. She will do best in a home with adults or a kind-hearted singleton. She also needs people who understand that not every cat enjoys being picked up. When her foster picks her up, Holly just lodges her complaint with management by squiggling and squirming. This sweetheart wouldn't resort to claws! She currently lives peacefully with other 4 cats and 4 kittens and would be happy in a feline-friendly home — or she’d be just as content being your one and only. Canine visitors put her on her guard. Holly likes to be treated to wet food. She will happily accept Temptations treats and Delectables, as well. She is very tidy with her litter box. Meet Romeo, a charming young fellow with an affinity for food. Romeo, like his name, is a lover. Initially he was fearful upon being brought into the shelter, although he was quick to open up and show us a softer side. With a little patience and the help of a tasty treat he was eager to give and receive affection.
