Story
Icarus is a male cat who has been neutered and microchipped. He is about 2 years old and 11 lb. He is very shy and has anxiety in the beginning when in a new environment so he needs a safe place to hide until he feels comfortable. He is the most loving cat and hes not mean or anything when hes anxious. Hes just scared and likes to hide and retreat. He will talk to you once his personality comes out and he knows his surroundings. Hes very good with other cats and tends to not be the alpha. He lets others lead because he's a scaredy cat. He is a cuddle bug and loves to play with his toys. He is litter trained and loves to look out the window. He knows how to sit for a treat. And he was fed two times a day. Would love for him to go to a home with other cats that are good with cats and has time to love him. I do not want him to end up in a shelter. I want him to go to a good home that will love him like he deserves and is patient for him to get out of his shell.

Story
Buster is a big teddy bear! Vocal and loving, he has been on the streets a while so takes a moment to trust a new person, but once he trusts you he is all over you. The vet loved him and said he stayed calm even when they shaved around his wounds to clean them. He must have an indoor-only home so that he doesn't try to return to the busy parking deck he was living in (he actually enjoyed it because he flirted with people and begged for food and attention, so he would try to go back, but he was dangerously dodging cars). He seemed to be friends with some cats and fought with others, so if he goes to a home with other cats they should not be aggressive or territorial. He is current on vaccines, flea and worm prevention, had a negative combo test, and is neutered. He's a young adult about 4 years old. He has a condition called granuloma that means he always has small wounds that don't heal well, but Convenia injections every several months have lessened the severity. Can someone give this love bug a forever home? No set adoption fee but we do ask for an adoption fee of your choosing to help us help more cats like Buster. Adopter must have a cat carrier for safe transport.

Story
Cash is very food motivated and very attached to his canned food, so he really needs someone willing to pamper him a bit. He'll nibble at dry food if that's all there is, but he goes wild over his canned Friskies and Fancy Feast. He loves to lounge in his cat tree in front of the sunny window, and really is a good boy. He can nip sometimes when very excited, which is why he probably is not the best for a home with young children. Cash is at least 5 years old, has been neutered, microchipped, is current on vaccines and flea & worm prevention, and had a negative combo test. Contact us at feralcatcaregivers@yahoo.com

Story
Protect your barn and outbuildings with natural pest control! Occasionally we have groups of two or three "teenage" siblings who may be too difficult to tame for regular homes, Some would likely tame up with time and patience, but with so many already-tame cats looking for homes, the best place for our teenage cats is on a farm. We also have adult semi-feral/feral cats pulled from local animal control facilities who were scheduled for euthanasia. They will require about 2-4 weeks of confinement in a stall or tack room so that they learn the sights and smells and sounds of their new home, and so they learn that they will be fed. We will provide a large dog pen, litter, litter box and food if needed. We require that the barn owner continue to provide daily food and fresh water once the cats are free - they will not stay and provide mousing services if they are not fed! They also will need 24-hour access to safe and dry barns or outbuildings for shelter. All cats looking for jobs as mousers will be spayed/neutered and vaccinated against rabies and distemper.

Story
Rudy is the sweetest, cuddliest, most outgoing kitty I have ever met. He is very curious and fearless with a huge personality. It breaks my heart to have to rehome this baby boy, but we just had our first baby and do not have the space for all five of our animals. He will always have all of the love in the world to offer, and he loves to play. He can be a little mischievous sometimes, but he is about a year and a half old and still has some kitten in his personality. He is a long haired cat, so he does require grooming, whether it be brushing him at home so he doesn’t get matted, or taking him to get hair trims. I usually trim his hair under his tail at home with electric trimmers every few weeks to prevent a mess after the bathroom. He does pretty well with that. If for any reason you decide you can’t keep Rudy after a trial run, I will be happy to take him back and refund your rehoming fee so I can ensure he is in a good forever home where he has the quality of life he deserves.

Story
Someone abandoned this sweet mama while still pregnant, in the woods around my home, and she made herself known by begging for food outside of my window. I, of course, provided her with food, but am unable to provide her with shelter. While making herself at home in the woods, she gave birth to a litter of four kittens around the first of April. I am unable to bring any of them into my home due to severe allergies by 3 members of my household. I just want these precious babies to go to a good home, and live the life they deserve. The mama is very sweet and very affectionate, and very gentle. The babies are sweet and adorable, and a little wild at the moment. From what I can tell, the babies are two females, and two males. Both females are calico like their mom, one is more of a diluted calico, and the other a straight up twin of her mother. Then the two males are a pale yellow with light stripes, and a grey with white socks. Please help me find them a loving home!
