Story
Ace is an indoor only cat. He's about 7 years old, a little shy at first but once he opens up he is very sweet and loves attention. Hes very smart and even knows how to sit for treats!I received Ace from a friend who was moving and didn't want to put him in a shelter, and I am trying to avoid a shelter as well. I would love to find him a loving home before the arrival of my new baby. He deserves the attention that I won't be able to give him once my baby is here.

Story
Peter is an indoor cat and he's about 8 years old. He's very loving and talkative. He even knows how to sit for treats! He will lay in your lap when you allow him to or he's perfectly content laying by himself. He also enjoys cuddling and playing with other cats. I would love to find him a loving home before the arrival of my baby, so he will continue to get the attention he deserves.

Story
Someone abandoned this sweet mama while still pregnant, in the woods around my home, and she made herself known by begging for food outside of my window. I, of course, provided her with food, but am unable to provide her with shelter. While making herself at home in the woods, she gave birth to a litter of four kittens around the first of April. I am unable to bring any of them into my home due to severe allergies by 3 members of my household. I just want these precious babies to go to a good home, and live the life they deserve. The mama is very sweet and very affectionate, and very gentle. The babies are sweet and adorable, and a little wild at the moment. From what I can tell, the babies are two females, and two males. Both females are calico like their mom, one is more of a diluted calico, and the other a straight up twin of her mother. Then the two males are a pale yellow with light stripes, and a grey with white socks. Please help me find them a loving home!

Story
Meet this handsome orange boy who is looking for a safe barn, shop, or outdoor home to call his own! He is a feral cat, which means he is not comfortable living as a traditional indoor pet, but he would thrive in an environment where he can have space, shelter, and a job helping keep rodents away.He is already neutered and ear tipped to show that he has been altered. He is independent, ready to settle into a new environment, and can head to his new home today. Best of all, there is no adoption fee for him!Barn cats make wonderful working companions and are a great option for farms, barns, workshops, warehouses, or properties looking for natural pest control while also giving a cat a safe place to live. If you have the right setup and would like to give this deserving boy a second chance, he’s ready to go home with you! Please call the shelter at (706) 795-2868 to schedule a meet and greet.Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is a non-profit shelter serving over 720 square miles.
