Story
Moose is an extremely sweet and affectionate cat. He loves a good nap in anyone’s lap, sunbathing, and just hanging out. He’s a really chill older adult (around 8-9 years old) and a fantastic companion! He does get along with other cats, but would thrive in a less stressful litter box setup than what we’ve been able to provide. Moose has been very gentle and respectful with our baby. He’s truly a wonderful cat and this is a very hard decision for us. He would probably do best in a home without other animals, but he can adapt with the right accommodations!

Story
🐾 Kittens Available for Adoption Soon (About 6 Weeks) 🐾 Males/Females I wanted to share that in about 6 weeks, I will have several kittens ready to be placed in loving homes.I took in a stray mama cat who was pregnant so she could safely deliver her babies indoors rather than out in the elements. She is currently being cared for in a dedicated “cat room” in my home, where she is raising her kittens safely. My plan is to keep them together until they are fully weaned and ready for adoption.Unfortunately, I am not able to keep the kittens long-term, as I have a parrot that flies freely in my home, so this setup is only temporary. I’ve also reached out to local organizations for help, but many are overwhelmed and unable to take them in at this time.My goal is to find responsible, loving, forever homes for each kitten. I am asking that:✔️ They be kept as indoor cats only✔️ They are spayed/neutered and vaccinated✔️ They go to serious adopters only who are ready for a lifelong commitment.

Story
Hi, My name is Young Lee, and I am reaching out for urgent assistance regarding the surrender of my cat, Lou Lou. I am moving to Guam and will be leaving Georgia on July 28, 2026. I am seeking a safe placement for him because I have had no luck finding a facility that can take him; notably, my application was recently rejected by the Gwinnett facility in Gainesville. I am deeply concerned because time is running out, and I do not want him to become a stray. About Lou Lou: - Background: He was born in our shed and was abandoned by his mother, so we raised him as a family cat. - Temperament: He is very affectionate, likes to sleep with us, and acts as a "patrol" for the house. - Adaptability: We have moved twice, and while he needs a little time to adjust, he is very good with new surroundings once settled. - Indoor Preference: He is afraid of the outdoors and only goes out briefly to scratch on the concrete pavement. or Hardness on our porch so he can enjoy outside.

Story
Mallow was part of a litter of kits i fostered through a shelter, her mother had her and her siblings on my bed amd she grew into the prettiest, sweetest girl, due to our moving and our amount of pets we've decided she needs a new home that can give her all the love she deservesShe does enjoy wandering outside but as long as she doesnt have an escape route she is very happy inside and litter box trained, she enjoys cuddles and time with people. She will also come with her stainless steel litter box, food bowl, some of her food, and a collar

Story
Life hasn't always been kind to Iggy. At a young age, he was unjustly thrown out by his previous family and spent six long years surviving on the streets. But if you think that hardened his heart, think again! Iggy beat the odds and emerged as quite literally the most loving cat ever. He has officially retired from the street life and is thoroughly enjoying the perks of luxury indoor living. Has a fierce rivalry with the "Water Monster" (aka the shower). He prefers his life and yours to be strictly dry, thank you very much! Iggy is FIV positive, but don't let that scary-sounding acronym fool you! FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) simply means he has a slightly weaker immune system. FIV-positive cats can live completely normal, long, and happy lives indoors with good nutrition and regular vet checkups. It is only spread to other cats through deep, severe bite wounds—meaning he can safely live with other gentle, non-aggressive cats, or reign supreme as your one-and-only king. If sounds like your perfect companion, apply today on the MACS Friends Website.July 8, 2026, 4:39 pm

Story
Chopper was a stray kitten and was rescued two months ago. She’s extremely affectionate, and playful. She adapted to being an indoor cat very quickly, but is still very shy and nervous. She’s up to date on her vaccinations, and recently had to have treatment for roundworm due to being exposed to untreated kittens. She’s tolerant to receiving oral and topical medications, and getting her nails trimmed. She’s looking for a strictly indoor home ideally with someone who can patiently work with her anxious demeanor and wariness of other animals.
