Story
This is Ollie!!! He is a shorthair grey tabby just like his father. Extremely playful, social, and always hungry! He will need to be vaccinated at 10-12 weeks, and neutered at 6 months old! I am NOT a breeder, I have a couple of stray cats that live outside our house that we have taken care of over the last year. One of them trusted us enough to give birth in our garage so we’ve been helping her take care of the kittens. We brought them inside at almost 6 weeks old to avoid them wandering into the roads and getting hit by cars, etc as we live close to the road. we were able to find homes for his two sisters and his brother, but we haven’t had any luck finding a home for this little man. Please consider welcoming him into your family!!

Story
Grayson is a handsome blue-gray cat with a quiet presence and a gentle soul. New to ECHS, he is still adjusting to the sudden changes in his life and is understandably feeling a bit overwhelmed.Right now, Grayson is keeping mostly to himself. The shelter is a very different environment from the home he knew, and he is taking his time trying to make sense of it all. While he may seem reserved at first, we know there is more to Grayson than what we're seeing today. In his previous home, Grayson was described as affectionate, laid-back, and independent. He enjoyed spending time with his people but was never demanding of attention. He was content simply being part of the family and living life at his own pace.We believe that with patience, understanding, and a little time to settle in, Grayson will begin to show that side of himself again.Grayson is also FIV positive. Cats with FIV can live long, happy, healthy lives and can often safely live with non-FIV cats as long as everyone gets along and there is no serious fighting. We encourage you to do some research to make sure you are on board with FIV and all that comes with it. If you're willing to give a cat the time he needs to feel safe and loved again, Grayson may be the perfect companion. Sometimes the most meaningful bonds are built slowly, and we think Grayson is worth getting to know.Grayson is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, flea/tick treated, and FIV positive. His adoption fee is $75. Story
**My adoption fee is FULLY SPONSORED!!⚠️ WARNING: Purrcy is not legally responsible for any damages caused by zoomies, airborne attacks, curtain climbing, or emotional distress related to surprise ankle assaults. ⚠️Do not let the tuxedo fool you. Purrcy may be dressed like a distinguished gentleman, but spiritually he is a raccoon with unlimited energy and absolutely no supervision. This kitten wakes up every morning and chooses chaos. This tiny menace operates exclusively at full speed. He ricochets off furniture like a ping pong ball possessed by ancient spirits. He has absolutely no concept of “personal space,” “inside voice,” or “maybe I shouldn’t launch myself directly at someone’s face.”Purrcy is currently wanted for:* scaling human legs like a tiny mountain goat* unauthorized counter surfing* sneak attacks from under furniture* parkour off the walls at unsafe speeds* biting things just to see what happens* and several counts of being way too cute to prosecuteHe treats every room like an obstacle course and every human like unpaid staff. You cannot own Purrcy. You can only attempt to contain him.And somehow…despite all of this…he is hysterical. The kind of kitten that makes you yell “WHY ARE YOU LIKE THIS?!” while trying not to laugh. One minute he’s committing crimes against your shoelaces, the next he’s flopped dramatically in your lap purring like an idling motorcycle as if he hasn’t spent the last hour terrorizing the entire zip code.Because Purrcy is approximately 92% caffeine and bad decisions, he absolutely needs another young playful cat or kitten in the home. Not optional. Mandatory. He needs a wrestling partner, enrichment coordinator, and fellow chaos gremlin to help direct his energy into something slightly less destructive. He is not a calm kitten. He is not decorative. He is an experience. A lifestyle. A home security threat. A furry little concussion with whiskers. If your house feels a little too peaceful and your ankles have gotten complacent, Purrcy is ready to help with that. 🖤🤍Apply to adopt at:effinghamcountyhumanesociety.orgMy adoption fee is $0!!

Story
**My adoption fee is Fully Sponsored!Meet Titania 🧚‍♀️🐾Named after the Queen of the Fairies, Titania carries herself with a quiet confidence and gentle charm that makes it easy to see how she earned such a regal name. She tested positive for FIV, but she is otherwise very healthy and expected to live a long, happy life. FIV is often misunderstood. It is not an immediate death sentence and is primarily spread through deep bite wounds. Cats with FIV can live peacefully alongside non-FIV cats as long as everyone gets along, and Titania has shown us just that. She does wonderfully with the other cats in our cat room.Titania is friendly, curious, and an absolute sweetheart. She enjoys companionship but also appreciates a calm environment where she can fully relax. Because young children tend to overwhelm her, Titania would do best in a home without them. Older, laidback children that respect her space and need for quiet retreat would be fine. When things get too busy, she prefers to quietly retreat and observe from a safe, cozy spot. For someone looking for a gentle, loving companion with a soft spirit, Titania is the kind of cat who will weave herself into your daily life in the most comforting way. She’s ready for a peaceful home where her royal heart can truly settle in.Her adoption fee is $75 and this includes her spay, vaccines, FIV/FeLV testing, and a microchip that we register for you. Story
Meet the Punctuation Kittens! 🖋️🐾Every good story needs punctuation, and this litter is ready to help write your next chapter.Introducing Exclamation Point, Question Mark, Apostrophe, and Semicolon, four adorable 8-week-old kittens looking for homes of their own!Exclamation Point is a tuxedo boy who approaches life with exactly the level of enthusiasm his name suggests. Toys are exciting. Meals are exciting. Your shoelaces are very exciting. He brings energy and fun wherever he goes.Question Mark is also a tuxedo boy, but he's a little more thoughtful than his brother. While the others are busy diving headfirst into every adventure, Question Mark prefers to hang back, assess the situation, and then join in on his own terms. He's a laidback little guy with a gentle personality and a calm presence.Apostrophe is a handsome black boy who strikes a wonderful balance between playful and affectionate. He's always up for kitten antics but is equally happy to settle in for snuggles once playtime is over.Semicolon is the lone girl of the group and a special little survivor. When she was very young, her tail was accidentally injured by a lawn mower. Thanks to prompt veterinary care, she recovered beautifully and now has a shorter tail that only adds to her unique charm. Like the punctuation mark she's named after, Semicolon represents a story that wasn't over yet, and her future is looking bright.Together, these four are everything you could want in a kitten: curious, playful, affectionate, and endlessly entertaining. Whether they're racing through the room, wrestling with siblings, or curling up for a well-earned nap, they make every day a little more fun.Kittens often thrive with a feline companion, so if you've been thinking about adopting two, this litter has plenty of wonderful options.Ready to add a little punctuation to your life? These kittens are ready to help you write a very happy ending. 🐾❤️Their adoption fees are $90 each or $150 for a pair and we highly recommend adopting two kittens if you have no other cats at home, are elderly, or have young children at home as Single Kitten Syndrome is very likely. This includes spay/neuter, FIV/FeLV test, age appropriate vaccines, dewormer, flea and tick prevention, and a microchip we register for you.
