Story
This is my first time owning cats and turns out I am allergic to them. I have bonded with them and this makes things so much harder but they need a loving forever home. Joey is a sweet and loving old man. I am not sure exactly how old he but he acts like a kitten! He loves playing with my dog as well as toys, his laser beam, and loves stalking the birdies out the windows.

Story
Callie is an absolute sweet heart. She enjoys cuddles with with both us humans and her "brother" Joey. Although she is shy at first once she warms up to you she loves the company of others. She loves to play as well as enjoy the food and treats given to her. She loves being coddled and given ear scratches. I unfortanately am allergic and need to find her and Joey a new home.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Cinnamon is a Tortie Point Siamese born on 11/25/22.   She has made tremendous progress since her arrival.  At first, she was very uneasy with human contact, Now, she will come up to me in bed and demand I give her attention. She will rub her cheek against my hand or arm, letting me know if she wants to be scratched. She loves back scratches.  In the morning she will precede me toward the kitchen and will often flop in the middle of the hall so I have to walk around her. She is not a lap-cat at this time, but I would not be surprised if one day she becomes one. Nail trimming has become easier. At first, Cinnamon was so squirmy, two people were needed to trim her claws. Cinnamon never tried to claw or bite to get away. Now one person can trim her nails.  she still squirms, but nothing like before. Mealtimes have changed as well. When cinnamon first got here, she was practically invisible and did she did not want to be seen. Now, she comes right up to me as I am dishing out breakfast for her and the other cats. She has a good appetite for both canned and dry food . Cinnamon gets along well with other cats. She acted as a protector for a kitten that has since been adopted. Once when she heard the kitten crying, she came charging out of the bedroom and let the older cat know she should leave the kitten alone.  After that kitten was adopted, cinnamon seem to be looking around the house for her little boy. Cinnamon is located in a foster home in Novi and her adoption fee is $200.  All MISR cats are spayed/neutered, FIV/FELV tested and are current on rabies and distemper shots. All known health issues have been addressed.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet. Story
A year and a half ago, I found him at the animal shelter, a tiny bundle of fur with eyes that seemed to speak volumes. From the moment we locked eyes, I knew he was meant to be mine. He quickly became more than just a pet; he became my confidant, my source of joy on the toughest days. But fate, it seems, had other plans. After six months together, my body began to betray me with allergies so severe that even the briefest touch left me gasping for air. The pain of this realization was eclipsed only by the sorrow in his eyes when I could no longer hold him close or chase after him in playful bouts. It's a cruel irony that the very thing that brought us together now threatens to tear us apart. And so, with a heavy heart and tears streaming down my cheeks, I search for a new home for him, one where his playful spirit will be cherished, and where allergies won't stand in the way of the love he deserves.

Story
Hi my name is Shion! I am a shy cat looking for a patient owner who is willing to give me time to adjust and open up in my new home. Once I get comfortable, I will come out of my shell and start to show more of my true personality. After all, the best things in life are worth waiting for - like a special bond with a cat who likes the calmer side of life.
