They’re 2 years old (turned 2 this past June), have their claws (not declawed), and were raised alongside a baby/toddler, so they are very gentle, tolerant, and people-friendly. They’re the kind of cats who don’t hide when company comes over — they like to be part of the action and they love to cuddle. About Tangerine (male): A little skittish at first, but warms up quickly. Extremely affectionate. A sweet, cuddly “lover” personality. Their story: My brother rescued them as 4-week-old kittens from a busy road (they were the only survivors from the litter). My mom is ill and we are trying to recommend many of her 8 cats. All big and beautiful lap cats. Some like to be indoors while other like to go outside. The 2 black ones are bonded, both females and prefer indoor. 3 beautiful yellow 2 are long hair that prefer i side/outside. 1 small grey female who prefers indoors, another long hair calico female that prefers i doors. All very loveable.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Hattie, a Siamese Chocolate Point, who is approximately 6 or 7 years. She is a beautiful girl with her stunning blue eyes She is SO special because she is SO loving! She loves to be around people it is her favorite thing in the world! If you are looking for a lap cat, Hattie is the girl you have been looking for. She would spend every waking minute in her human’s lap if you let her Foster dad says she makes the best sleeping buddy. Hattie does have one problem…if there is a heating pad in one of the cat beds, she is so torn between leaving that warm sleeping spot and the warmth of her human’s lap Guess that is a good problem to have! Hattie is not much of a talker, which is surprising for Siamese cats, but she does make tiny little sounds, and she does like to purr! Hattie must be an only kitty. She is a special needs kitty and has persistent nasal congestion that, despite medication, gives her moments of coughing. There are some indications of early onset kidney disease or a possible kidney injury and Hattie will need to be on special food for life. If you have room in your home and heart for Hattie, please complete an application today. All MISR cats are neutered or spayed, current on rabies and distemper, have tested negative for FIV/FELV and all known health issues have been addressed. Mila is a very timid cat and scares easily. She’s Used to a quiet place without much company. Will hide under the bed when someone new comes in. She doesn’t mind gentle brushing but doesn’t like her stomach or rear touched. She doesn’t shed hairs but does get clumps that periodically need to be clipped out. She needs her right front dew claw trimmed every few months because it grows on an angle. I usually have her groomed every 4 months and they trim her nails. She doesn’t play with toys and eats only dry cat food. The only treats she likes are those tuna churu cream filled tubes. She will come with a scratching tower, travel/ carrying case, collar with I.d. Info, her food and watering things. I also have cat brushes for her. She really prefers to be left alone and doesn’t like to be picked up or put on a lap. She lays down near her owner,just not on them. I got her as a rescue from the Humane Society and am guessing she’s about 7yrs.old.
