Story
Meet Leaf: your new best friend! Chatterbox and cuddle bug, she loves anyone who will give her attention or food. Her hobbies include napping in the coziest nook she can find, finding new ways to get your food, lying with you for hours, and talking to you every chance she gets! She is around 5 years old in March. She eats Churu pate. She has lived with three other cats, a baby, and a toddler. She does well with kids and other cats, but would thrive as your only pet with slightly older children. Leaf is being rehomed due to dental issues we can’t afford. We can’t give her the attention and care she will need afterward, either. We are looking for an adopter who will help Leaf get the medical care she needs and spoil her rotten like she deserves. She wears collars and bandannas without issue. She is more playful when she is alone. Still needs her yearly shots, but she will be getting them in the coming month. She is an established patient at VCA on W Main Cross Street in Findlay.

Story
Are you looking for a cat you can take on adventures, and cuddle with at the end of the day? Yoda just may be the guy for you! Rambunctious and energetic, he would do best in a home with young kids to keep him on his toes. But be careful, he loves to climb and jump to see how high he can get. He’s very curious about outside and does okay on a harness. He is incredibly playful, but he does like to relax and cuddle, too. He can never get enough attention. He loves to knead on blankets. He does great with our other cats and our kids. He’s very smart, but gets into some silly situations. He loves Churu treats and Bonkers pops. He can find a way to play with anything he can get his paws on. He is an established patient at VCA Findlay on W Main Cross. He needs his yearly shots, we will be taking him in the next month.

Story
Kiki is a very sweet cat who wants nothing more than to be on your lap making biscuits, as long as you don’t over pet her. She has been with us since July after my brother‘s passing, and she is not adjusted well to being with other animals she loves men she loves to sleep with my husband as long as nobody bothers her, and she will readily climb up on your lap. Kiki deserves a quiet home maybe a single older person Kiki loves to go out back and explore during the summer, but during the winter, she’s content just to stay inside and be left alone. Please consider making Kiki a part of your home. She would be a wonderful addition to the right person. My brother loved her very much.

Story
Meet Caesar! He;s a polydactyl, so he;s got an extra thumb toe on his front feet. I had been feeding him outside of my work since 2020. On Christmas Eve 2024, he showed up with a rectal prolapse. I took him to my vet and they did surgery to fix the prolapse, I had him neutered and bloodwork done. He is Feline Leukemia FeLV negative, but did test positive for Feline Immunodeficiency virus/FIV. FIV typically causes a weakening of the cat;s immune system. FIV positive cats can live normal lives both in quality and duration, they just need to be monitored for infections and dental issues. I have had him fully vaccinated and he;s been on monthly Revolution Plus flea medicine since December. It is recommended that FIV cats be an inside only cat, or in a home with other other FIV cats. I have other cats in my home, so I cannot take him in. He;s been in my garage since January. Looking for a home or rescue that will take him with his FIV diagnosis.

Story
Bean was a lovely cat. He loved his brother. One day six months ago things changed. He hates all other cats no matter how much I’ve tried. He would make a great pet for someone who only wants one cat. He loves to cuddle. He loves his treats. He can be playful. He’s litter box trained. I just want him to be happy. And he’s not happy at my home.

Story
Momma is a stray cat that our next door neighbors have abandoned, along with her kittens. We were able to take in her two kittens (with their permission of course), however we are not able to take in momma since we already have 4 cats in our house! Momma is a very friendly cat once you get to know her (she was a little shy at first). She is not fixed but we have been treating her for fleas and worms. We are also willing to help pay for any vet bills to get her spayed (since i know that can be off putting to some people). We have tried to contact every humane society in our state to take her in and everyone is full. Winter is coming up soon and we really want Momma to have a warm place to stay. We would love for her to go to a good loving forever home. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out.
