Story
Rehoming a 4-5 year old small tabby cat that is fixed and up to date on rabies shots. She is a very people friendly cat. Only rehoming because we moved 6 months ago and she keeps fighting with our other cat. After moving she has occasionally peed outside the litter box. She has been cleared by a vet. Comes with September 2025 rabies tag + cat carrier.

Story
Cooper is a sweet and affectionate, DEAF, approx. 1 yr old boy. He loves us humans but not his own kind so he needs to be the only cat. He seems more comfortable with our dog but since he's been kept mostly separate it hasn't been tested enough to know for sure. If he got along with the rest of our gang we would keep him forever, but sadly he doesn't, so we need to find him a better situation than we can provide. Cooper tested negative for Feline Leukemia and AIDS. He has a small cloudy spot on his right eye, probably from some past trauma, but it doesn't seem to bother him or affect his vision. Cooper must have had a rough kittenhood and he now deserves a comfortable and happy life. He greets us with excitement and joy. He is fun to play with and his ability to catch little fuzzy balls out of the air is pretty impressive. It's easy to forget that he is deaf because he acts like any other cat except he's not afraid of the vacuum cleaner and you can sneak up on him more easily.

Story
Meet Dillon! Meet Dillon, a handsome 1-year-old brown tabby and white boy with a playful spirit and a curious heart. Dillon is very sweet and enjoys interactive play, exploring his surroundings, and spending time with his people. He can become overstimulated at times, so he’s looking for a cat-savvy home that understands feline body language and can respect his boundaries. For this reason, Dillon would do best in a home without young children under 13. With the right match, Dillon will be a fun, engaging, and loving companion. To meet Dillon, complete an online application at www.washingtonpashelter.org or visit during walk through hours on Tuesday 1pm - 7pm and Wednesday through Saturday 1pm - 4pm.

Story
Meet Samuel! Samuel is a sweet and resilient 3-year-old black cat who’s been through more than most in his young life. He came to us through our humane officer from a difficult situation, and while he’s safe now, the shelter environment has been stressful for him. To help him cope, Samuel is currently on behavioral medication, which has been helping him manage while he waits for his forever home. Samuel has also been diagnosed with feline herpes virus (FHV), a common condition in cats that causes watery eyes and sneezing. It’s not contagious to humans, and his symptoms tend to ease when he’s feeling relaxed and safe. This gentle boy would thrive in a quiet, patient home where he can adjust at his own pace. Because of his past and current needs, Samuel is looking for a home without other pets or young children (under 10). He’ll do best with someone who understands that trust takes time — but once you have his heart, you’ll find a loyal and loving companion.Samuel may need a little extra care, but he has so much love to give. If you’re looking to make a big difference in a small life, Samuel might be the perfect match for you.To meet Samuel, complete an online application at www.washingtonpashelter.org or visit during walk through hours on Tuesday 1pm - 7pm and Wednesday through Saturday 1pm - 4pm.
