Story
Phoenix is a handsome adult male who’s as soft-natured as they come. He may be timid at first, but once he feels safe, his sweet personality begins to shine through. Phoenix prefers a calm, patient home where he can take his time settling in and building trust. He enjoys quiet company, gentle pets, and a cozy spot where he can watch the world at his own pace. With kindness and consistency, Phoenix will blossom into a loyal, affectionate companion. Adoption fee is $100/ We do not transport out of state.

Story
God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas. It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. Thank you for your understanding. Sweet, snuggly, and endlessly playful. Mr. Big is the perfect mix of cuddles and curiosity — he’ll happily curl up in your lap for a snuggle, then switch into play mode chasing toy wands and showing off his acrobatic leaps. He’s affectionate and loves gentle scratching and soft purring sessions. He also likes to "make biscuits" (knead) before settling in for a nap. He is good with adults, kids who know how to handle cats gently, and other friendly, social cats. He is seeking a loving home with regular playtime, cozy spots to nap, and a few interactive toys and climbing spaces (feather wands, crinkly toys, and tunnels are his favorites). He thrives with short play sessions and soft, calming voices. His ideal adopter is someone who wants an affectionate companion who brings both energy and calm — perfect for families, singles, or couples who enjoy both lap time and playful antics.

Nilla is a lot like his brother Cardamom except that he is a solid white boy with short hair. His start in life with just like Cardamom--humanless. But over time, he has developed into a regal personality who readily purrs on contact. Nilla will need an adoptive parent who can be patient with him while he acclimates to his new, furever home. Nilla keeps his white coat spotless and it is unusually soft! His blue eyes seem to pierce the soul of anyone who looks at him. Wouldn't Nilla be a beautiful addition to your home?

If you are looking for an outgoing, friendly, purring machine, look no further! Stacey has such a joyful personality! She loves people and other kitties. What's amazing is that she was found in a tractor engine but she was not feral! Stacey has received all necessary medical care and is ready to find her furever home. Sometimes her foster mom refers to her as the "Cow Kitten" because she has similar markings to a Holstein! Keep in mind that Stacey belongs to that rare breed of cats known as a Pettington. Black and white markings--white nose and chin, sometimes with a bib and socks and in Stacey's case, a half-moustache!

God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas. It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. Thank you for your understanding. Good with cats/dogs? Unknown. Good with kids? Unknown, but I think she'd be better in a home with no kids. She is pretty chill most of the time. She took to being inside like she belonged there. She is litterbox trained. She's not very playful yet, but lately she's started playing with some toys on her own or playing with the kittens, though she tends to stop if she sees me watching. She's loves to be petted but is also just as happy to sleep somewhere nearby or lay where she can look out the window. She loves to be petted. However, sometimes she'll get irritated by a hand in her face or if you reach over her and she does not like being bent over or having your face near her. Most of the time she'll leave when she gets irritated, but sometimes she bats or snaps(she has only ever done this to my hands), however she is extremely gentle when she does. She doesn't want to hurt you, she just wants you to stop whatever it is she doesn't like. She loves food. When I first saw her she wouldn't come near me, but she became instantly friendly when I started feeding her. Feeding her anything is probably the best way to earn her approval, but she really likes any kind of meaty snacks. We usually use chicken which is good enough, but her absolute favorite thing is brisket. I honestly think her ideal home is with someone with no kids or other pets and who will be happy with a cat that will just hang out nearby and want to be petted sometimes. I'm pretty sure she had the kittens in a bush on the side of the house and then later moved them to the porch, which is when I discovered them.

God's Dogs Rescue plus Kitties does NOT transport any cats or kittens in or out of the state of Texas. It is too stressful for the cats or kittens to be transported long distances, especially when enclosed in a vehicle containing dogs and puppies. Thank you for your understanding. Imagine living your best life for years with your mom and dad but then a thing cats do not understand called divorce happens. Both my parents said, "I'm not taking the kitties." and we find ourselves homeless and hopeless. But enter our Foster Dad and BOOM we are safe and cared for again. Now I would like to find my new forever family. I am a shy girl and I loved laying with my first Dad. But my heart is broken and I am afraid to give myself to another... yet. I am not mean and I cause no harm. I like to be petted but I will not jump up and lay with you until I believe you will not leave me. I won't even lay with other kitties anymore. I just stay to myself. Can you help me heal? Can you help me trust again? Will you be my forever??? She is very loving yet very feisty at the same time. She at one moment wants pets the next she is hissing and slapping your hand away. She loves a nice chair to sit in and just observe. She tolerates dogs but does not trust or like them. She has a cute little chirp in place of a meow and she loves food.
